Work up and appetite watching the boats get hauled up by giant cranes. But stay well out of the way. Food is good. Staff is friendly. Big storms blow hunks of spray like laundry soap past the window. Don't get too close to the end of the dock !!!

I gave two stars as the fish and chips we ordered was really quite good as well as the clam chowder but I didn't get any clam bits. The low rating is because of ambiance. It really needs some maintenance although my husband later said the bathroom had been recently remodeled. There were flies everywhere and things appeared dirty. A couple of shirts in the gift shop had actual grime on them. All the customers came in with masks on but the employees were not. They gave good service but it puts in doubt other measures they might ignore. We won't be back. A pity as it is in a great location and an icon for the area.

Despite it's continued presence on the Internet and in the sign over the door, Griff's is gone...replaced by new owners as the Dive on the Dock...a companion to The Dive located closer to the highway. We arrived in the midst of a winter storm. The driving rain had opened up several leaks in the ceiling including one that baptized us as we entered the tiny dining room. Instead of the excellent food we'd had in the past, our orders resulted in heavily seasoned chowder and over-cooked fishy tasting fish. Disappointing doesn't quite cover it. RIP Griff's.

This has to be one of the best fish and chips places we've been to. Fast service, very friendly. We asked what was the freshest fish and supplied by the local fishermen and we were told (if I remember correctly) that it was snapper. The snapper fish and chips were a perfect combination of crispy and juicy with a very light batter with great flavor. The clam chowder was also outstanding. To top it off the location is charming and has a great atmosphere.

This is a great setting. Lots to look at. Food served outside in Styrofoam clamshells. Food was good. Hot. Fresh. Cole slaw was excellent

Wonderful spot for lunch, great service, clean and delicious food! Super cool location literally next to the boats on the dock. So glad we found this spot.

No frills seafood at a working fishing port. Very basic, very good and the beer was cold. What more can you say Definitely a return to this local dive. I say that because their sister property is a bar called "the Dive" lol

Excellent service and a great selection of seafood. We enjoyed the chowder, seafood and fried. Waitresses are so nice.

This place is a hidden gem. I had Halibut nuggets and they were a tasty treat. Friendly staff, good food and an awesome view! What more could you ask for?

Awesome little hideaway with great food, atmosphere, and some of the friendliest staff ever!! I can't remember everything we ordered last visit but I do remember that two really hungry young men and their dad couldn't finish it all and absolutely no complaints from the three of us. I do remember the Clam Chowder, we all had it and it was incredible. Waitresses and the Chef that came out to see how everything was are all super!! Griff's has been a family favorite for a couple years now and will continue to be :)

My family and I came in with a party of 16 for lunch. Sherri and Heather were our servers and made sure our drinks were full and our food came out quick. The food was spectacular with the scallops and snapper coming in as my personal favorite. They were accommodating to our big party, had the freshest fish and a beautiful view. We’ll come back again. Thank you Sherri and Heather!

Good food. Warm beer from a busted fridge. And NONE of the employees were wearing masks even though there is a mask mandate in Oregon.
