We took takeout, with ribs and chicken, back to our motel room. Everything was wonderful! Perfect ribs and chicken. The ranch beans were amazing! The owners were very welcoming and helpful. We are from N. Washington, but if I lived close it would be my go to place🙂
From the sweet tea to the corn bread this southern gal approves! We had a 3 meat 2 sides combo. The chicken thigh, brisket, and pulled pork are cooked to perfection. The barbecue sauce will make you drool! There's something different in it, couldn't quite place my finger on it, but delicious. The Mac n cheese was to die for! I wish they had a recipe book and a restaurant closer to Hillsboro. Our server was sweet and great with the kiddos. Don't miss out on this...
We stopped here on our way up the Oregon coast. We travelled across the country from PA and found this along our travels. WOW! So glad that we stopped. Our family of 5 got the 5 meats 4 sides and it was a ton of food. We even took some home! Definitely our favorite was the brisket but all the meat was tender and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Mac and cheese was the best side! Definitely go here!
