Ordered a taco pizza and some potatoes for almost $70 and i get at least 3 day old shredded lettuce with it it was turning brown and slimy

Second time customer since the opening of this location. We ordered a $50 pizza that took over an hour to deliver on 11/09/24 evening. We live about 5 min from the store. I get that its Saturday night so it might get backed up some. However, the pizza was cold and the toppings and crust were under cooked.. I'm sure the pie seen an oven but not at the right temp/time or both. From reading past reviews, undercooked pizza seems to be a theme here. Abby's pizza should be the best in town for this price!! Also, where's the salad bar??

Ordered a pizza to go on my way home and put that I would be there at 6:30 pm and the pizza was Luke warm. I ordered tomatoes on the side and they cooked the tomatoes on the pizza or the warmer cooked them. They were mushy. Was not happy with the pizza for the price. I won’t be going back. I have tried three times and they can’t get the order correct or something. I did ask the girl who took my money and she never offered to fix it. Not happy!

I tried, I grew up with Newberg Abby's, was so excited to get their food and they deliver to my office here in Prineville. Very first pizza was the bomb, 2nd was tad undercooked, then I ordered a Abby's Italian sandwich and it was cold. Today I ordered lunch for myself and my staff and the manager delivered. I gave her a tip and she left. I opened up the sandwiches and an there was no cheese, no olives and 1 sliver of onion and the meat was all cold even after I requested it to be extra crispy because of time before. I took them back and the manager stated I made those, the cheese must of falling off or whatever. I would not take pride in putting out two sandwiches that were not even made correctly, Yes I was not happy but her attitude on how she made them and delivered them like we must of done something wrong to them. She offered to remake but after seeing her reaction and telling me the stuff must of falling off. I requested my money back and left. I wont be back.

We had dinner here on 9/5 while on a bicycle trip and staying right next door at the Best Western. The pizza here is a bit different in a good way, with lots of veggies on the vegetarian pizza for example. The pizza was tasty and the carry-out service was good. The restaurant was busy with local people so it's a popular spot to come.
