Stopped by B’s Teriyaki while searching for Mexican food and went with the pork and beef combo. The food was tasty and well-cooked, just a little pricey for the portion size. I do like the food cart pod setup other options nearby. I’d come back if the value improves a bit.

Recommended dishes: Beef and Shrimp Combo with Fried Rice and Pineapple
We ordered the Chicken & Beef and Chicken & Shrimp both with Macaroni. The macaroni is at best flavorless, its almost directly served from being boiled. Beef and Chicken are dry, shrimp as ok. These are definitely just warmed not cooked as ordered. These guys definitely don’t know what Teriyaki is supposed to taste, they warmed the meat and give you a side of teriyaki sauce, the meats should be marinated with Teriyaki marinade and cooked as ordered. This might be ok in Prineville but This will definitely not pass elsewhere. I suggest for the owner to eat at Kona Mix in the Old mill district in Bend and get a good taste of what Teriyaki is supposed to taste and done. I am a restaurant reviewer and this is an epic fail for what Teriyaki is supposed to be, Panda express even have a better Teriyaki. Lastly its overpriced for its quality and location.
Mediocore (yet overpriced) food and a surly owner. What a great combo. There are better options in the area.
Overpriced for the quality and portion. Teryaki Chicken was so dry and tough. The yakisoba was strong with ginger and sticky dry noodles. The coleslaw taste like something went bad in the mixture. Very disappointed.
Never a disapointment. Fast, friendly and very reasonable. Thanks for the great shrimp salad yesterday. Happy Holidays.
Good service
We love the food at B’s! Our favorite’s are any of the teriyaki entrees, specifically the beef and Hawaiian chicken. We enjoy them with the steamed veggies and white rice for a healthy, balanced meal.

As usual, read my reviews with a grain of salt. We eat out about 25 times a year so obviously I'm jaded about not at home food. So, with that said, I have zero expectations to get 4+ star food anywhere I don't have to dress up for. It's just not possible. But I do expect to not leave feeling unfulfilled in any sense of the word. B's teriyaki is 3 stars at its best. The meats are good but the sides are trash, literally I threw my Mac salad in the trash with what ever that week old rice was. I'm not even sure how you make rice into rubber but if that's what they were going for, well done! Value is a construct when it comes to food carts so of course your not getting what you paid for. I feel the need to explain this in every review. By design, a food cart is a much much cheaper way to run a restaurant than any former business model. Yet we suckered in like the American sheep we are into paying double for trendy instead of value. I gotta stop letting my friends decide where we eat. They have proven on many levels that their idiots with money and food is no exception. Anyhow, stop eating this overpriced junk. Use your money more wisely. B's can go out of business and the only person that will miss it is whoever B is. Sorry Beee, I put me ahead of you, deal with it.
I'll review the creekside beer garden on their own page.
Vegetarian options: I just love that Google keeps allowing me to bash at vegetarians in my reviews. Your entitlement is disgusting. You should be forced to serve in the military in order to be a vegetarian. At least then you will have earned the right to the second most western way of life know. Your only out entitled by vegans. Btw. Go grab your lunch in the yard. I'm sick of seeing your vegetables on my meat menu. Cheers.

Had a wonderful lunch here where I got the chicken peanut salad. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection with a delicious tar to it. I read a review where someone said it was burned but clearly they don’t know what good chicken is. Service couldn’t have been nicer. Such a great pit stop!

Wow, this is the absolute worst food I’ve ever been served. First off, the chicken and shrimp were both visibly burned. Upon tasting them, they tasted very burned, and like old char. The rice was not fully cooked, the noodles were flavorless, the eggroll was burned too unfortunately. I had to throw everything away. It was not edible. What a disappointment. I’ve never given anywhere one star. This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever tried to eat at. The service was about as good as the food, so this place really has nothing going for it. Everything is way overpriced. Don’t waste your money!!

The chicken was pretty dry and the teriyaki sauce is really runny. It was okay but not great for the price.
