This place is so amazing! We went through Prineville for dinner on a family trip. The atmosphere in there is unlike any DQ I've ever seen. The decorations are amazing and you can tell they take so much pride in their location. Tables, windows, and floors were spotless. The service was astounding. The attention to detail on our order was amazing given that we were a family of 5 with a rather large and picky order. I think it was Conner(sp?) and Amanda who served us and they were so helpful and cheerful. The food was hot and fresh and no details were missed in our special requests.

Great service fun atmosphere for teens needing a job. Good food usually another go to but usually for dinner lately. Helps with being busy and it getting to late to cook something. Very well mannered and respectful. Sometimes forgets coupons for later at first window although just ask they are more than happy to grab them for you.

Horrible service. They can't get your order correct for nothing. To make matters worse I ordered a blizzard and when it wasn't served upside down I pointed out that the board said it would be or the next one was on them. A employee Amanda says oh it's posted on the doors that we don't participate in that. After checking all the doors and windows I found no such notice. So I asked her to show me where it was. After she looked she says oh well it's posted on the drive threw window. Lol well I'm not in the drive threw window so how could I see that. Then she proceeds to get rude. Lol I'm mean come on lol if your to lazy to serve it right and don't wanna honor the promotion then don't post it lol. Typical prineville bovine defication lol.

No matter what you order just expect that it will always be wrong. I’ve gone back in the last two times to have it fixed but they got it wrong again this evening. At this point I just expect it to be wrong, very frustrating when you are waiting in line for 25 minutes for your order to come out wrong.

This is a classic DQ that is clean and tidy. Food was on par with what you'd expect, same with prices. Service was friendly and nice. On weekdays this is a very popular spot for the local high school for lunch, so be prepared for a little wait during that time.
