Great customer service. Literally the best steak sandwich I’d had in years. Steak was cooked to perfection. Just what we needed after a long day of traveling.
Waited an hour for take out just for the order to be incorrect. I dont know how they manage to mess up my order every time. I won't be returning

Really good food and a great staff here. It felt great to be in back in Prineville and to eat at Dillan’s with my kids. I have much Love and respect for the local people here and every where I have been in the States. My belly and heart was full and content after dinner was done here. They also had some great gluten free options and the chefs were mindful and knowledgeable about cross contamination.

This was a place, that whole busy, was able to take the time to speak with me about allergens in food. I'm grateful they took the time to answer all of my questions about food ingredients and how they're cooked (e.g. oil).
I know I have an odd allergy out this way, and appreciate the staff taking their time with me.
