Son had the cheeseburger and it was good but I had the grilled chicken and it was VERY dry and not seasoned. I ordered the sauce on the side and that didn’t help it at all. Sauce should never have to be the seasoning for bland chicken and it shouldn’t have to be what makes it moist. Failed at both if that is what they were aiming for. The service was not the best, was never checked on until our meal was almost complete.

Usually we have a good experience at Dillons but tonight was not good. My daughter ordered the mac and cheese and it was so over cooked that it was pure mush when you ate it. My son ordered the pulled pork over fries and the meal did not have much flavor. My wife ordered a grilled chicken wrap that was over cooked again and so dry it looked like shredded chicken. none of these meals were eaten. We got 1 round of drinks and when we asked for more the waitress was preoccupied talking with a table about what sounded like old high school stories that we never got our refills. When the waitress asked us if we wanted a box she was told about the overcooked food and just said oh shoot and quickly got us our bill. There was no offer to fix it or to substitute it. We left with half the group still hungry and all of us thirsty.
Not up to the usual standard we have had there.

My wife and I ate here tonight, the food was phenomenal. Its not often you get good food and good service, our waitress Kaitlyn was above and beyond, my wife was having really bad anxiety and she calmed her down and gave her an amethyst kitten to hold onto it was really extra i appreciate her so much for that. My ribs were insanely tender and flavorful the appetizers, onion rings the onions were thick for a change and not loaded with grease and the cheese curds were also excellent. My only complaint would be that my wifes burger was a little on the dry side but aside from that we will absolutely be back here again and will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

we waited for about an hour for our food despite the restaurant being half empty, and the brisket sandwich, described on the menu as "piled high" with brisket had one pathetic little piece of brisket. can't stand when restaurants charge a big price and deliver super disappointing results. won't return and waste money here again

Dillon's is actually my step dad's favorite restaurant in town, but I enjoy the fact that I can go light with a very tasty salad or whole hog (pardon the pun) and get amazing ribs here. The staff is always a pleasure to work with and the only time the waits are overly long is when the staff is unusually thin on the ground.

Our server was definitely the best part of the experience. He was very thoughtful and thorough and pleasant. He got kinda busy when we showed up but it didn't change our quality of service. I don't remember his name but I think he had a breathing device on his neck.
My friends chickenstrips were seriously overcooked and you could visibly tell they were before he treated to conifirm. My daughters steak was done well done instead of medium rare and her fries were really hard. The BLT I got was a really small sandwich. My friend loved her tacos though! We were there this last Tuesday around 2pm.

Kid-friendliness: Staff always nice to my daughter every time.

Wheelchair accessibility: Our friend in a wheel chair can easily access everything there.

Enjoyed the food. A little over cooked ribs. Would of like to tasted them without the sauce. Staff was awesome especially how busy it was.

Faster than any "fast food" restaurant. The service was exceptional and so friendly. I don't know what kahuna sauce is, but it was fantastic.
