Really good food and a great staff here. It felt great to be in back in Prineville and to eat at Dillan’s with my kids. I have much Love and respect for the local people here and every where I have been in the States. My belly and heart was full and content after dinner was done here. They also had some great gluten free options and the chefs were mindful and knowledgeable about cross contamination.
This was a place, that whole busy, was able to take the time to speak with me about allergens in food. I'm grateful they took the time to answer all of my questions about food ingredients and how they're cooked (e.g. oil).

The hostesses are fantastic. The cook is AMAZING! Loved the food she made when we were there a while ago and everyone was on top of watching our drinks. So sad they took out my favorite salad, but change is good sometimes. I am HUGE on not bringing my food before my child’s , and they all seem to do really well with that and I’m grateful.
