If the employees do not know how to use the register.. maybe the trainer or assistant manager can come up and help instead of making pizzas and the line going out the door. I waited over 16 minutes for the guy at the register to figure out how use the darn thing. And the managers are all just standing around talking and packing up pizzas. Terrible customer service won't ever be back.

They can never find my trailer, so they gave my food to my neighbors again. We counted out the exact money for todays order and gave it to the girl driver and then get called later saying I didnt pay fully. First you give away my food, then when I call about it and get a new order, you claim I didn't even pay you guys fully. I'll only do carryout from now on I guess.

Driver pulled in & left with my order. Manager was the rudest millennial ever. Reporting to corporate & I have to full recording.

I ordered an 8 piece hot wing which I order once in awhile. But this time I only got one drumette of the wing, the rest were all wingettes. I prefer an even wing because the drumettes are the best part.

Food was alright, Customer service?! NOT SO MUCH WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Could not understand woman on the phone got our order wrong had to speak to someone else to get our order Corrected, went in to pick up our food was $36.99 for a large Pizza and Hot wings (8 pieces) asked to remove the wings after finding out that they were WAY OVER PRICED $11 for wings. When I asked to remove the wings the older man who has some serious B.O issues he smelt awful, was rude and told me " We already made them its too late, you can't take it off now." Was unsatisfied and will NEVER EVER EVER bring my money or my family to order from here. DON'T COME HERE Literally, every other pizza place is cheaper than here. NEVER COMING BACK!!!

We are usually happy with Dominoes however the last orders the Quality decreased, pizza was soggy and an oily mess. In addition did we find on our order from Sunday May 5th 2024 metal pieces in our pizza.
