Yes, it's a dive. Kiara however is a gem. The food is always acceptable and it was fast, even with their analog server system. A good bartender makes up for just about everything.

Mine was a pick up order & I waited the allotted time. When I got there they brought me out my food but I had to wait 10 mins to pay & leave. The fried shrimp & sweet & sour chicken were not good this time & the rice was horrible. I was sad because I always enjoy Gee's
