We went to dinner there on 8/3/24. The service was terrible. The staff acted like they had more important things to do than check on their customers. The place wasn’t even very busy. The food and drinks were fine when we finally got to order and have our meal.

My receipt showed a total of 17.95 and they charged me 22.95 horrible service. The server must of felt he deserved a better tip even though the Margarita came out of a 5 gallon bucket...

We have always had a great experience here! Had a group of 8 to celebrate my husband’s retirement and again the food was awesome and service was excellent!!

Upon my inaugural visit to what I believe to be an establishment of true Mexican cuisine, I was met with a feast of unparalleled flavors. The dishes were exquisite, albeit served in portions unknown to me. As I took my seat, I was greeted with a lavish offering of chips, salsa, and beans, setting the stage for a culinary journey unlike any other. I indulged in my first-ever pina colada, a beverage of rare sophistication, though its price exceeded my initial estimations. Truly, a dining experience fit for royalty.

We always get the same dish at their various restaurants because we love it so much. Well we got the Mazatlan Burrito and it had so much garlic in it, it was disgusting. We said it had too much when asked but then we're told it is a garlic sauce. Which we know because it's what we ALWAYS get. It was so strong that's ask you could taste and even as a garlic over user myself, it was too much. Our servers only checked on us 3 times all together and one of them was to do the payment. Our Cadillac margaritas weren't made well either. Redmond location is ouch better over all.

Came here hubby ended up having to run to the bathroom before leaving and to this day says it was the worst stomach ache he has had in a long time. He refuses to return. Food was EXTREMELY greasy.

My first time to what I think is authentic Mexican restaurant. The food was great but the sizes were different. Chips, salsa, and beans served when you arrive. I also go my first pina-colada there and although a higher price than expected the size of my drink made up for it. The staff were kind and the food was prepared relatively quickly.

If you love Mexican food, this is the place. My boyfriend loves Chili Colorado, and he orders it at every Mexican restaurant we go to. Mazatlan has some of the best. I had the steak salad it was very flavorful, I didn't even bother with the dressing. I love that they serve their chips and salsa with a warm bean dip. Their servers are always friendly and welcoming.
