The ceviche is out of this world and the other food that I had was incredible. Thanks for the opportunity of dining there we were working on cleaning up the fire it was a nice place to eat there we visited twice.

The chile relleno looks more like a pancake. The poblano pepper was cut in half and could barely taste it over the heavy egg. Tortilla chips were stale. Burrito had no flavor. Extremely disappointed.

Definitely will wait at the front for 10 or 15 minutes and have to look for someone who work here to just get a pick up order. SEEM SUPER ODD TO LEAVE YOUR CASH REGISTER ALONE AT THE FRONT DOOR FOR A FULL 10 MINUTES OF PEOPLE COMIMG IN AND OUT AND NOT 1 WORKER COMING TO THE FRONT

The food was ok but the prices were beyond ridiculous!. $20 for a side of guac!!?? $40 for a picture of weak ass margaritas??!! Shame on them! We won't be eating there again

Mazatlán is a beautiful restaurant, and they had plenty of space to seat our party of 20, which we really appreciated. The food was okay - not quite our favorite cuisine - but the service was solid. It’s on the pricey side, and gratuity is automatically included, so keep that in mind.

Stopped in on a road trip. Food was hot and delicious but there was a loud whining coming from the kitchen the entire time. I asked the waitress what it was because it was very loud and distracting and she just shrugged her shoulders and said something about them making ground beef in the kitchen. So we sat through our meal with what sounded like a dentist drill grinding in the background The whole time while we ate. Very irritating but the food was five out of five.

We went to dinner there on 8/3/24. The service was terrible. The staff acted like they had more important things to do than check on their customers. The place wasn’t even very busy. The food and drinks were fine when we finally got to order and have our meal.
