I normally don't write reviews because many places are short staffed. I decided to use the mobile app to order pick up inside since I had a horse trailer on my truck and wouldn't fit through drive thru. I placed my order about 10 mins before arriving but through the app picked the "I am here" option so that my food would be ready once I got there. The app said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I arrived walked in and the mobile app pick up box was empty. I waited and no one acknowledged I was there or cared to ask if I needed help. The app stated my food was ready, nothing was in the pick up box so I asked an employee at the counter, she rudely said I'll get it for you. It took her another 10 minutes to finally give me my food which was cold so I wonder how long it sat there until they felt like giving it to me. I honestly think they do it on purpose because there were other people there waiting for their food or delivery orders and they all were complaining! Meanwhile in the background you could hear how one of the employees was so hungover due to drinking so much the night before and how she hated being there!

Every time I come here I'm more disappointed in the way my food comes out. My big Mac came out like it was thrown together by a bunch of monkeys. Meat hanging out one side, bun hanging out on the other. Shame on management for allowing this. No pride. Boo.

I have come here three times now twice I have been asked to pull over to the wait area and I was forgotten both times after sitting there for 15 - tonight I did a mobile order and was told to pull over to wait and I told I will wait here at the window. I am not ordering any special burger fries drink pies. Mr Rodby this store needs some serious help. Both of my sons worked at the Nolan Town Square store and one was a shift supervisor. This is really sad that service has gone down hill so much Then the guy who brings it to the window made a big deal of telling me he made them just now- dude had a septum ring and lip piercings. Last time I EVER go here!!!!!!!!

Workers are great and they do a really good job. My 1 star comes from them openly lying about not price gouging, and attributes it to inflation. The stats came out, and McDonald's is doing a 100% "inflation increase" on its prices. That means that inflation would attribute to at most a dollar increase at 10% l. McDonald's is doing 100%. When a big Mac is $15 when two years ago it was $2-3, you're doing it for greed. This a a very small town, and to be doing this to the locals is greed based and us in Prineville shouldn't support a company that is charging us more just because they can use the excuse of inflation.

I'm not a big fast food person, but stopped on my way to work for an iced coffee and bagel. I was so impressed by the friendly service! Chelsea at the front counter made my day with her cheery and awesome attitude. The staff was out cleaning tables and being super happy-go-lucky. Awesome service- great job!

Well I asked for a large french fries they gave me a large container but the french fries that comes in and they give me like maybe maybe a little over pass of halfway full that means they just give me a medium size french fries I'll send picture and I just bought them like 5 minutes ago
