This place was pretty good Mexican food with fair prices and good service. Clean throughout and festive Mexican atmosphere. I liked how they had a great salad/fajita bar with most the fixins'. Great for a quick lunch or no frills Mexican dinner..
My wife and I arrived in town and checked in next door (Rustlers Inn) the office woman recommended Ranchero ,we love Authentic Mexican food, and Ranchero did not disappoint staff is friendly, food is Excellent!
This is a great little restaurant in Prineville period if you're looking for a good Mexican restaurant then you can't go wrong here. The food was fresh and not pre-cooked. I ordered the chicken chimichanga and it was extremely hot so I knew that it came out freshly cooked. I hate going to some Mexican restaurants that you get your order placed it's on the table within 5 minutes. But this restaurant is not one of those. Lastly the prices are great. It's obvious...
