For over 2 months I have been trying to get my over $500 refund from this business.
Ive been told so many times that someone would help and get to me only to have the constant run around.
Ive been treated so poorly I can’t even count how many times this company has failed me.
Ive contacted their corporate offices only to be met with no follow up or response.
Ive had management PROMiSE to help me only to ghost me afterwards.
This company is a joke and an insult to the hospitality industry (which I am also in)
Such a let down. i loved going here every year but will never again, nor will I ever recommend to any of my guests ever again.
For the 100th time: PLEASE RETURN my hard earned money! I am not OK with you keeping it!

Umpqua ice cream at your camp site!

Located right along the road, Umpqua is worth the stop to grab some wonderful ice cream and enjoy the surrounding area.

Treat yourself to some locally-made (Roseburg, now Central Point) Umpqua ice cream; some of the best around, as far as Southern Oregon goes. (our alter ego is Tillamook ice cream, up north). Umpqua is saltier, Tillamook is a little sweeter; depends what you're looking for in an ice cream; they're both great.

Very yummy Umpqua Ice Cream. Many many years ago they use to bake their own waffle cones but they don't appear to do that anymore. It is a great place to stop for a cool yummy treat.

Cute little ice cream store. Owned by the same family that owns Beckie's Cafe next door. The ice cream is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
