Cried about me not wearing a mask. Good way to lose business. Take this L.

Excellent service with a smile and a greeting. Fresh food, normal pricing, typical of Subway. Locates off the main road with easy access.

The food is ok service is amazing for just having 1 person working by themselves every single time, you have kids working by themselves having to help over 5 people with no help in the store.

Thanks for the stale bread and not giving me my cheese! Next time will drive to Longview!

It's after 11:00am and the doors are still locked. I can see an employee inside but she won't acknowledge me, even when I knocked. There no hours listed outside like a normal business. This franchise owner is the worst.

Ordered two wraps and one foot long and we were in the store for about thirty minutes. From start to finish she was literally moving in slow motion. Asked for a little bit of sauce on my sandwich and she literally made a puddle of sauce.

Still terrible. Even if there's new management. Seems the people they hired aren't trained at all then left to run the store on their own. When someone doesn't know how many slices of meat goes on a sub then why are they left alone? They clearly weren't trained enough or just shouldn't be working there. I got 3 slices of meat on a six inch. It's supposed to have 6. I got 5 slices on a footling. It's supposed to have twelve. Also, if you over toast something- start a new sandwich. When the meat is burnt to a crisp clearly it's no longer edible. Also, another tip, when someone asks for mayo and mustard you're supposed to do 3 swipes of mayo or any "main" sauce and 1-2 swipes of mustard unless a customer asks for extra. No one wants their sandwich drowned in sauce unless they have asked otherwise. When a sauce container runs out. It takes two seconds to grab the extra bottle. One last thing. I shouldn't see half your underwear because you don't know what a belt is called. I'd hire people that actually can learn and act and dress professional. It may help if they aren't stoned on the job. And training is done properly. I tried this place over and over hoping it was just a bad day. But even with different employees working, there's still a problem. I made the drive into Longview. Much more worth it.

Just had to turn around and walk out without making my purchase or tipping the kids working because I was informed that they no longer serve eggs after 12 noon. Strange being that I've gotten an egg sandwich probably 2-3 times a month in the afternoon hours from Subway for years now, including this one a couple weeks ago, and never been told this. If this is a new store policy that's fine, I just won't come here again, but maybe the kids just didn't feel like heating up the egg? Not sure but kind of a bummer since I just bought a house close by and would be a frequent customer here. @ 1:45 pm Sunday Oct 5 - I'm in the parking lot for almost 10 minutes now and 0 customers have walked in, but apparently they don't need my business (contrary to friendly conversations I had with employees on my previous visit) ?

Honestly the shades company I've ever worked for. Multiple owners. Terrible employers, as well as shady business practices. This company fires employees on a dime for things like taking care of family and medical related issues. Not to mention that the food quality has been poor for the past 3 months. That chicken your eating? Hope it's been changed out like the tuna. Lettuce is brown even when freshly delivered. Cookies were precooked and backstocked for over a month. Ever wonder why they tasted stale? Yeah. Rough management as well. Can't figure out who to call boss and owner. Wouldn't eat here if it wasn't based on my convenience as an employee. But since im not an employee, will not be returning. Quick edit. Also forgot to add that the wait time is generally 10 minutes with trained people. But good lu luck with that.(and theyre all new. In the span of 8 months they fired their only people who'd been working the longest and had been helping out with training) So you get what you get. 15 minute wait times on average. And don't expect your mobile to be ready on time. None of the employees have their food handlers card, and to boot it off. They may or may not make your sandwiches ungloved or gloved. Good luck to anyone who passes through here.
