Update: Im updating this to 3 stars bc the district manager made it right however the experience was still very poor in the restaurant.
I would like to address the situation that occurred tonight at your Redmond, Oregon location. My husband and I went in to order a half cheese / half pepperoni pizza, a 4-piece chicken, and two orders of spuds. The restaurant was not busy, so we decided to have a beer while we waited for our food.
We sat for over an hour watching other customers receive their meals, but ours never came. When we finally went to the counter to check, the employee could not find a ticket for our order and had to ask the kitchen staff. We waited another 30 minutes before checking again, only to be told that no order had ever been placed for us—even though we had already paid $78.
At that point, I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. The manager, Billy, told me he would not refund our money despite the fact that we had been waiting for over an hour and a half. He claimed the chicken had been sitting ready for 30 minutes and that the pizza would only take another 3–4 minutes, so we just needed to wait. The server at the counter even acknowledged they had made a mistake and shook her head in agreement as Billy stood his ground and refused to take responsibility for the lack of service. By then, the chicken would have been cold, and we were still missing one of the sides we paid for—not to mention the pizza.
This was supposed to be a treat, but instead we were left with no meal, no refund, and completely unprofessional service. When my husband called to speak with someone above Billy, he was told there was no district manager and, when asked for a corporate number, Billy told him to “look it up online” before hanging up on him.
This happened on Sunday, September 28, 2025, around 5 PM—during a very slow time for the restaurant. We are not the type to complain, but being charged for food we never received is unacceptable. The way this situation was handled reflects extremely poorly on your business. Whether this is a corporate-owned or franchise location, we will be sharing our experience in multiple reviews.
Your manager, Billy, demonstrated unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, which explains why the restaurant was so empty tonight.

This pizza is so great and the portions and price are great! The staff at this location are so nice and helpful. We are from Indiana but always have to find this pizza place when we are out west!

This was one of the worst experiences. We ordered 2 pizzas one was for our grandsons. We waited at least 25 minutes they called our name We got 1 pizza the lady said the kids pizza was cooling. We waited another 5 to 10 minutes for it finally I went up and asked them about it. Nobody knew ehat pizza I was looking for because it was never made. As I was asking about it they started making it. I told them never-ending we took the other pizza up to the counter where I waited another 10 minutes to talk to the manager to get a refund. This was at 7:15 in the evening, they were not busy. I wound never recommend this place to anybody.

My husband and I passed thru Redmound, Abby Pizza was recommended. We called asked if they do delivery, we ordered a vegetarian and was expecting 45 minutes but 30 minutes later our pizza was delivered. This was one of the best pizzas so good, if ever we come thru again we'll order from Abbys best pizza great customer service.

Very poor service. Ordered online at 5:30pm, arrived at the restaurant at 6:25. Breadsticks were apparently ready and waited until 6:55 to request an update on my order. The ticket was lost and the pizza was not made. The girl behind the counter offered a refund and I walked out with nothing but time wasted. This is the second time this location has lost my ticket by ordering online. We will not be back.
My friend and I each ordered pizza on separate orders. She got hers fairly quickly, while I waited an extra 20 minutes after hers came out. My friend was already done eating when I went to check to see if my order was going to be ready soon, and one of the employees said it was “going into the oven next”. Only to find out that they were just then making my order (must have forgotten).
I then waiting another 10 mins (waiting a total of 30 mins for a small pizza) and one of the employees was very rude about to. I used to work at an Abby’s Pizza myself, and of course mistakes happen. But there were no apologizes, no reimbursements, and no effort to make it right. Instead once my pizza was finished, she threw it on the counter for me without saying a word or even looking at me. Customer service was terrible, don’t recommend going here. Try the one in Madras instead.

We got here at 11:35am and didn’t get our pizza been waiting for almost an hour bad customer service! I ended up getting my refund back never coming back!
