I will just leave this review here, specifically for Ivan the bartender. He was performing an unreasonable amount of tasks, as well as facilitating a full house of customers. Kept up plenty of friendly banter, continually kept spaces clean and was even running food / seating newly arrived customers. You’re a machine, Ivan!

****It would be nice to actually get your food when you’re told it would be ready!! Placed a to-go order several times now and every single time they are late. Not just a minute or two, but 15 minutes!?! This is the entire reason to place a TO GO order! So you don’t have to sit around waiting. And it was an order they were to have brought out to my car to boot, yet I had to go inside after waiting outside 15min after they said it was ready! I won’t be going back again, the food, the service and the price is just not even close to worth it!!!
*Update* To add salt to the wound the “”Key manager”” Stacey H. sent me an email apologizing claiming “guest satisfactory is our #1 priority” and that she was going to issue me a full refund. Hmm, odd, never happened!! Oct. 28th, fairly certain it would have cleared by now on November 13th! 🤯 wow

The best way to do this is in a list. The hostess was unaware of how long happy hour was. A brand new server was placed in the bar area as a server on his first day with no support. It was 5:40 when we sat down in the bar area and didn’t get seen until a little after 6. 6 was when happy hour ended. Our server chase came and apologized for the wait as he was brand new. He took our drink and food order in and we waited another 30 minutes and for 4 people to get 1 drink and an appetizer each. Again, Chase had no support. Our drinks arrived with two people ordering margaritas that that were two different colors and had two different tastes, then another person ordered a happy hour strawberry lemonade carafe from the bar menu. Which should have been a carafe of a liquor infused drink. When it finally arrived it was a virgin child’s drink. We personally approached the bartender (Joe) and he aggressively held up a carafe in the air and said “this is what you ordered and it’s for two people”. This told us that our order was changed against what we ordered by the staff and not by the customer. Joe then came over and basically blamed Chase that he was “busy and working through stuff” while Joe was barely behind the bar and not helping, rather just blaming.
When we arrived there were serval tables that verbally warned us before we ordered that it was a train wreck. This is of no fault of chase but rather lack of support, training and teamwork from the other members working that day. This needs to be better and to retain employees there needs to be a better system in place

Just left. This restaurant needs help. Both staff and restaurant. Was greeted after about 5 mins of standing in an almost empty restaurant. Only to be told they’d be right with me. We stood there for another 12 mins. Then we left.

Terrible bartender JOSEF L I sat at the bar I ordered a drink mention I wanted food and never offered to take my food order Never offered water or asked if i wanted another drink.
Also refused to split bills said he is putting eveything on one bill and we could figure it out. Cool bro. Don't be surprised if you get no tip.
Complaining about the company polices to other customers at the bar. Just tacky.

Strawberry chicken salad was DELICIOUS. Bloody Mary not so much.
My family and I had a very rough experience here. We waited for 40 minutes just for appetizers and only saw the waitress twice. One of us had to walk back into the kitchen to ask someone for the check. I am not sure what the staff was busy with considering that there was not many people at the restaurant. I genuinely do not think any of the staff would have noticed if we had left without paying at least for a couple of hours. I have never not tipped anywhere until this experience. The food was bland and seemed microwaved, almost as if they had forgotten about our table. As soon as I got home I became sick from the food. Very unpleasant. The restaurant itself was also very very chilly, like shivering chilly. Totally not cool.

I stopped in for a quick lunch on a Sunday at noon. I sat at the bar where there were no other customers. It was not busy, only maybe 20 other people total. I waited at the bar for 15 minutes and made eye contact with at least 5 employees. The hostess seated a couple nearby and asked if I needed a menu. I asked if they still had the .50 boneless wings deal going and she said they only had enough boneless wings for combos. Already frustrated at the lack of service, I just left instead of choosing something else. Way disappointed today.

A little disappointed came to watch football, have a drink and some wings and we were told we couldn't be sat in the bar or where we could see the game because their bartender is "new and having a bad day" needless to say we opted out of Applebee's tonight and are just a bit disappointed the bartender shouldn't be left alone being new to handle so much on a Thursday Nu Ight Football night at that!

They do not buy any sporting events. I've come here multiple times over a 4 year period and have had to leave every single time because they don't have any sports playing that aren't freely available on TV.
