We were a group of 6 for my birthday. Our waitress was so wonderful, friendly and attentive. Excellent attitude. The food was great. They even brought me a birthday dessert, strawberry Ice-cream waffle, and the other employee's joined in singing happy birthday to me. Great experience.

I’m not the one to leave bad reviews, we enjoy this Applebees since the ihop addition. We got the omg cheeseburgers. Server wouldn’t let us sub out toppings, fine whatever it’s a new dish. What really upset me was the day after. Our bill was $55 I left $11 cash on the table which was 20% tip. Then paid with a card. They decided to still steal from me and charge another 2 dollars on my card a day later when I tipped cash. I purposely tip cash so servers can do whatever they want with it in their favor. Never had a place add to bill like this. Very shady and unethical.

Where do I start, I was sat immediately but went to the restroom first which was less than 5min I then returned to the table and was not greated for 15min(I timed this). Server Jorge then asked me if he can get me anything I said yes a water and Spinach artichoke dip I then noticed the espresso martini. I did not order main course yet as I did not want it to come at once. Well water came then appetizer. Chips were stale and the bowl the dip was in was too hot to touch but the dip was warm so I did not finish it. Then Jorge has yet to come back. A family was almost done near me and Jorge asked them if they needed anything else they asked for refills he said ok and disappeared he came back with their check then they asked again he said oh right! In this time a couple sat near me they ordered a beer and water so Jorge disappeared the manager then asked them if they had someone get their drink order they stated yes. Jorge came back to their table with 1 beer then they asked for water again and they ordered I stopped Jorge and stated I have yet to order my food and I was done with my appetizer before the couple next to me sat so he took my order. Couples order came out first thats fine but they did ask in this time for their salads which Jorge disappeared for again 🤔 they got their MAIN course before their salad wth! Me and the couple just joked about the situation and they were going to share their items with me(not really but it was fun to joke with them) my food finally shows up and you can tell the fries were bot fresh the tenders were tiny but decent. They gave me a $5 discount which is hilarious I didnt need one and no manager visited me but visited other tables which was insane to me. I am here on business and will never go back there. I did see a server in the bar side that took like 3 orders and gave checks to 2 of those tables before I got my order taken.

At 4:30pm, we dropped in and ordered from the 2 for $25 menu. This included appetizers and main dish. After 35 minutes with no food, we finally had to ask about it. The served went and inquired. Appetizers are came out in 5 minutes, followed in 2 minutes by main meals. Appetizers typically come before your meal. All in all, the meal required 45 minutes to arrive after ordering. The restaurant was not busy. We won't be back.

Just went there and you get children's size pancakes that are brittle for full price. Left there still hungry. Children's size portions. Bad service waiter forgot everything and needed reminders.

Today we ordered a delivery which included the four cheese Mac honey chicken. The chicken, 3 of the cheeses and the shredded bacon were not there. I was given some noodles with a weak cheese sauce and this was not a low cost order.
