Genuinely upset with this place. The last visit where my husband and I came in for happy hour at 9pm for wings and a beer and the man serving us was so unbelievably rude. He acted as if we were such an inconvenience. My husband decided to try the all you can eat strips and he never even came back to the table so my husband could order more protein so we paid 17$ for 1 order chicken straps and fries. We show up today at 3pm and it is the same man we sat at the bar for 6 minutes while we were ignored there were a whole 3 tables occupied. We decided to just get up and leave and we walked right past him and he didn't even say a word. Just rude behavior from a man twice my age and old enough to know better.

Packed House, Great Food, and Even Better Service

After a long day of work, I stopped into the Applebee’s in Redmond for dinner. The place was packed, and I was a little worried it would take forever. But I grabbed a seat at the bar, and that’s when Joseph—my server—really made the difference.

Even though the place was slammed, Joseph was calm, friendly, and on top of everything. He made sure I was taken care of without missing a beat. You could tell he genuinely cared about the customer experience, and that went a long way after a long day.

I ordered the salad and chicken strips, and honestly, they were made perfectly. Crispy, fresh, and flavorful—you could tell the chef really took their time to get it just right, even with the rush.

The vibe was upbeat, the service was top-notch, and the food hit the spot. Shoutout to Joseph and the whole team for making a busy night feel easy. I’ll definitely be back.

We all know what to expect at Applebees. We don't get our hopes up. This location has the worst bartender ever. I come here for business once every 2 months. The service is the worst. The rest of the staff knows it and even complains about her. She never gets an order right, she forgets what you ask her, everything takes forever, and she acts like she is so busy and stressed even when there are only 3 other customers here. You guys know who I'm talking about. Do something about it. She is a nice lady, but she is costing you customers. This is the last time I'll be here. I'm currently eating my appetizer while my dinner sits next to me getting cold - they arrived at the same time!!!

Hanna was the key to our visit. Our first time to visit this location and we were very impressed. Menu was very broad and prices were reasonable considering.

As my family walked into this Applebee's in Redmond, we we're promptly seated and order taken decently quickly, but after that our server became less attentive to drink refills and other needs, and instead someone that was not in a uniform was delivering our food. The steak I ordered was so thin and chewy lacking flavor, but appeared sizzling as it was brought to the table. Beware they charge 2% for all card transactions, as I don't see that everywhere I travel to for work.

I like Applebee's and I think it was just bad timing. Our waitress was really nice, she just got busy and forgot some things. The food was good, just some sides were missed and a few other items. Still plan on returning

Currently at Applebee's and have been waiting for over 10 minutes after placing our drink order and only one person has received their drink and no waters have been brought to us. Definitely the last time my family comes to Applebee's

We love Applebees for its predictability, right? I don’t know where the manager was on the night we patroned but there were dirty tables everywhere, service took forever, and the food was awful and cold. Made me lose faith in my trusted Applebees. If you can’t get hot mozzarella sticks out of the kitchen, what the heck is going on? Waitress was nice but someone should have been managing the restaurant and it was clear no one was. If they were, maybe hire a new manager.

Great food and drinks!! Bethany the bartender was hustling her tail off serving most of the restaurant on her own, not only with drinks but with food service as well!!! She did not have anyone collecting and cleaning glasses and supporting her with service!! Management definitely dropped the ball with staffing on this day and should be ashamed of themselves!!! Customers actually offered to help Bethany because it was obvious she needed assistance even though she claimed to have it handled!!!
