8-9-2025 Extremely rude manager yelled and screamed and accused when I called in on a wrong order my husband went in and got for me. Food was not good and fries were wrong ones. I called in and manager screamed and yelled and accused and wouldn’t even let me talk, then hung up. I called back and she did it again. Called a third time to get owner or GM’s number and that REEEAAAALLY got her going, yelling and screaming about how she didn’t care who I called. All over them screwing up the order 😂😂😂
Stopped for lunch while on a road trip and dined inside. I wanted to try the new barbeque pork sandwich. They were all out! I tried the brisket sandwich instead. Too sweet sauce and dried edges on meat. A "No" for me. Hubby stuck with original roast beef with cheese. Good, moist but is it real cheese? $15 without drinks iMO: skip it

Made order pickup for 11:15am, received email that food was prep and ready at 10:30am, I picked up the food around 10:50am, food is cold, ticket showed pickup time is 11:15am. Unacceptable regardless of company policy. Do not order online with these clowns.
My wife works here and they can't keep employees that want to work. Just watched my wife's relief night closer come in drunk then left without saying a word. She pours her heart and soul into this restaurant. My wife CAN NOT DO OPEN TO CLOSE....... SOMETHING NEEDS TAKING CARE OF!!!!!
On the weekend Saturday ask the young kid for my senior discount but did not let us have it i am 71 and my wife is 69 we always get are senior discount on week days from some nice lady.

Let me start off by saying that I do not leave bad reviews. (That is until this evening.) I hate to do it and I always try to put myself in the workers shoes, giving the benefit of the doubt. This one however, just really grinds my gears. It’s mostly the corporation that I am irritated with, not the employee that I dealt with, although, the employee was also incredibly rude and I feel as though she also deserves a delightful infamous shoutout.

A family member of mine was having quite the craving for a meal from this establishment, this establishment, being Arby’s, of course. I had some things to finish up before I made my way towards the restaurant, but I didn’t want to miss them before they closed so I decided to Google their hours of operation. I assumed that this was a reliable source, since it has never failed me in the past. It was an hour drive for me so when I left I gave myself 2 hours to make it. The extra hour was because I hate being that person that shows up right before closing when the workers are trying to get the place cleaned up so they can get home at closing time.
So I finally get there! I wait at the order board and nobody comes on. I call out and nothing… I decide to call the store and a women answered explaining that nobody came on because they had closed at 10 pm. ( it is now 10:06) and again, they are not supposed to be closing until 11pm. I then proceed to explain to the worker about the discrepancy in their google hours listed and her response was that they weren’t going to change it because they are unsure of how long the early closing will be lasting. So for however long now, people will be showing up until 11pm to a closed restaurant because it takes 10 minutes to call Google to update the time…. Make sense right? Now my issue with the women that was working is that she spoke to me as if I was stupid and I should have known they were closed. There was no apology or kindness whatsoever. She was rude and very matter of fact, “sucks to be you” attitude. I would justify her behavior if I had been being rude but I was not. I simply suggested she speak to her manager about updating the time so people don’t waste their time and gas money. After all of her rude responses I then proceeded to tell her that she could lose her poor attitude. Like what happened to customer service!!??
