Best food I’ve had at an airport. Typically you overspend for mediocre food because you have to. Avalon was excellent. Burger was fantastic, why was the bun so good? Fries were perfectly seasoned. If you’re looking at the reviews and trying to figure out if you should get fast food on the way to the airport, don’t. A+

Food was decent, however my wrap came out with the one item I requested be taken off. I never saw my sever again so I was unable to tell her. No refill of water, no check in on how the food was, no offer of a Togo box, and I had to ask someone else bussing tables for my check

Sat right down at a clean table. 11:00 am on a Tuesday. Fish and chips and regular burger with fries. All hot and fresh. Fish crispy and tasty. Burger meat tender and juicy. Bun perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever ever for this establishment. Charging ports, usb, and 120v outlets.

Food was so-so but not terrible for airport food. They do have a lot of gluten free options which is awesome! The service was amazing though! Super sweet and attentive staff, really made me feel welcome. Will definitely go back !

Being the only restaurant is interesting and the service and food was AMAZING! They are so efficient to make sure the flow is good and very attentive. I had the soup and it was delicious, also had tenders and fries that were cooked perfectly.
Made my delays far more comfortable and definitely worth showing up early for some food before your flight

Extremely disappointed… again! You’d think with this being the only option at RDM that there would be more attention to making sure this restaurant/bar is held to a high standard, but unfortunately that is not the case.
Typically- service is pretty terrible, as is the food. Sadly today was no different.. I made eye contact with THREE staff members when I arrived and not one of them acknowledge me. So I finally went close to where I was going to sit and asked if that was OK if I sat there. About 10 minutes went by until somebody finally came over to get my order. He finally brought my beer and then my soup came a while after that. I tried it and instantly new I couldn’t eat it… it was terrible. So I pushed it to the side and looked around for staff. My waiter walked RIGHT by me and completely ignored me. I continued to sit there and finally after making eye-contact with the bartender a few times, he acknowledged me. Yelling across the restaurant if I was ready for my check. I said “no, I had been trying to get someones attention”. He came over and I quietly let him know about the soup. He didn’t really apologize and asked if I wanted the other soup instead. I said okay.. he brought it and it was decent, but certainly not good. No one bothered checking until someone who just clocked in came over and said “you still doing great here?”. Not wanting to cause an issue, I just asked for my check, so I could get out of there. Terrible service and food and it was extremely clear that the staff really doesn’t give a crap.
So I spent almost $20 on ONE beer and a crap CUP of soup with burned bread and horrible service… not worth it and extremely frustrating. I hope you make an effort to do better.

I love the Redmond airport and especially the pub they have inside. The food was amazing and the customer service was excellent. It really did top off the trip to see Oregon.

We happen to be having a drink and a snack when the electricity went out, and they immediately went into customer service mode, and made sure everybody was taken care of, provided any necessary, refreshment, and just overall hospitable. Kudos to this team!

The kind man working at Avalon walked around and handed out free water bottles when all of the non-essential parts of the airport were without power. Very grateful since I forgot my reusable.
