We happen to be having a drink and a snack when the electricity went out, and they immediately went into customer service mode, and made sure everybody was taken care of, provided any necessary, refreshment, and just overall hospitable. Kudos to this team!

The kind man working at Avalon walked around and handed out free water bottles when all of the non-essential parts of the airport were without power. Very grateful since I forgot my reusable.

I was extremely impressed with their service and menu. They had several great options for picky kids. The service was friendly and quick. Definitely a first-class restaurant at the Redmond Airport!
