This place just sucks.. it’s cold, the service is terrible. The don’t help people in order.. it’s just wild how long you will sit in an empty restaurant with no service.

I'm no expert on barbeque, but I've had my fair share over the years as it's one of my favorite foods. This place is sooo good! We had a little bit of (almost) everything... brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken,and pork ribs. Plus sides, Mac n cheese, beans, coleslaw, garlic mashed potatoes, and corn bread. ALL delicious 😋 Also, the portions are on the generous side. The service was also excellent, and the prices very reasonable. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's in Oregon, not northern California where we live! 🫤😁 Would absolutely go there again when visiting Redmond, Oregon.
Super Clean the food is top notch and plenty of screens for different nfl games...Leah is the Alpha bartender on Sundays!
Kid-friendliness: Yes during the summer season the kids have room to play outside and play some cornhole!

Kid-friendliness: The grassy lawn area makes this an ideal place to take kids for a delicious dinner. They have plenty of room to get the wiggles out as they wait for food or wait for grownups to finish!

My mom grew up in the south. She was craving Baldy's fried okra, so we got the appetizer size. For $10 it is a great value. She makes it her meal with ranch dipping sauce. I grabbed the $11 rib tips appetizer for my meal with some extra original sauce to dip in. Both were excellent flavor profiles. Great service. I called it in, so I could use our gift card. Was ready in 20 minutes. Easy pickup while I was finishing errands.

I cannot say enough good things about Baldy’s BBQ. A must stop BBQ joint in Redmond. We came here 2 years ago on a whim from our road trip and have looked forward to coming back ever since. We finally made it back this weekend and it was just as good as we remembered! Ribs and brisket plate are spectacularly cooked, everything tastes and looks amazing! The service is also really great, everyone is friendly, seems genuinely happy to work there and love talking to the customers that come through. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip!

This place is AH-MAZING! Visiting from North Idaho, but originally from Texas, and I can tell you this BBQ is legit! The brisket and ribs are the best I've had. Omega was our server and she was delightful! Atmosphere was clean and you could tell right away from the delicious smells when you walked in that this place was gonna be good, and it did not disappoint!

Met up with another couple for dinner while in town for Gambler500 HooptieX. We showed up a 8pm, Baldy's BBQ closes at 9, they provided all of what is expected; greeting, seating, attentive service, and the biggest most awesome Prime Rib dinner I think I have ever had. Very nice relaxing environment. We all came to the same beliefs that we would highly recommend it as a must do place when in Redmond, Oregon. Thanks to all at Baldy's BBQ
