This company deserves 5 stars for quality, taste, and consistency. The reason it has 4 stars is because UPS is their delivery company of choice. UPS in the North Eastern past of the USA has mishandled, stolen, damaged, and late delivered purchased goods. FEDEX is not much better. I think Priority Mail options at the US Postal Office would be better. Speaking from work and personal experience!
Be-Bop's customer service is phenomenal! Let me tell you: they are terrific and professional from phone answering to pick- up. Their biscotti is delicious, local and fresh. The semi- bulk discount is fantastic and appreciated. Thank you.This will be a go to when gift buying/ shipping. Its so nice to still have good old fashioned customer service in Central Oregon.
