The bagel sandwiches were just ok. There needs to be more egg, cheese, meat on the bagels. The service was not good. Four people working—nobody smiled—everyone seemed annoyed—no customer service at all. The employees need help understanding how to manage things so they aren’t all trying to do the same tasks.

Today two nice young girls were busy with a big group of high school kids and were still being kind and made my bagel amazingly.

makayla (blue hair) is unwelcoming, rude, and unbelievably slow. gave us the wrong bagel and took up to 15 minutes to make.

Dont come here in any sort of rush. The portions keep getting smaller, and the bagels at times have a strange meally texture. It is what it is....a basic bagel shop.

The bagels are definitialy NOT "Big".

I don't frequent Big O bagels, but decided to stop there as a treat this morning. The Bagel was under toasted and very little peanut butter, very disappointing.

Dietary restrictions: They do offer gluten free bagels.

I love this place and their Eye Opener sandwich is super yummy but the last time I was here I ordered a bagel with cream cheese for pickup and it wasn’t toasted. This isn’t a huge deal but every other time i’ve been it’s been toasted and I just feel like it’s kind of ridiculous to pay $5 for a bagel that i could make in two seconds at home. Not sure if the morning crew is new or something but this was a disappointing experience from a usually fantastic place :(

Love they're bagels. Little bit of a wait but worth it. They even have coffee!

Parking: There's a small parking lot provided. You can park on the road along the sidewalk if you have a pick up.

Kid-friendliness: Pretty good. It's like a coffee shop environment.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's two doors so I'm sure you can fit a wheelchair and there's a sidewalk.

I have been here a few times as I love bagel sandwiches. However. Every time I have been in they have been out of something (no just the type of bagel I wanted). On top of that, my last visit marks the 3rd time in a row that my order was wrong, usually because the staff just wasn't paying attention. Overall, I am both sad and disappointed and wish we had a better bagel shop.

I loved this place! I was trying to place what was different about the bagels and after reading some of the reviews, I think it might be that they don't boil the bagels before baking, or they at least don't boil as long. This does give them a different texture (not as soft), but I wasn't mad at it! We came back 2 days in a row (visiting from out of town) because I was sad to leave them behind. The first day, I got the garlic and herb bagel with the garlic and herb cream cheese. The girl helping us was really nice and gave her opinions on what she likes as I was debating on cream cheese for my bagel. The second day, I got the bacon and cheddar bagel with the garlic and herb cream cheese. Both days, I was blown away! The flavors are great, and the cream cheese was soooo good. I had the nantucket OJ to drink the first day, which was bleh, so I got apple the next day, and that was a win. We went in on a Saturday morning and a Sunday morning and didn't have a line really or have to wait. Staff was attentive and quick, as well as being friendly! Sad that these aren't out here in Vegas, but if I'm ever back, this will be my first stop!

I was very impressed! It seems to be difficult to find good bagels anywhere in the PNW but this place was it.They had a really good selection of bagels, cream cheese and even breakfast and lunch sandwich options.I was excited to see they had a sundried tomato bagel, which is a fave. I ordered that with the garlic herb cream cheese and it was delicious!Anyway, I'm guessing it's a popular place for locals since the line was out the door at times, but if you're from out of town (like we were) definitely go check it out.
