Way better than the Bend location! All of the servers are knowledgeable about the menu and good at pairing wines. Food is cooked to perfection every time (we go here at least 2 times a month). While the Bend location has outdoor seating, that is only useful during the summer months. It can be a bit loud at the Redmond one, but you can still have a conversation.

This post is only about the food. I had the pleasure of having some leftovers (Beef tenderloin pasta), and I have to rave. I know food, brought home is not as good, so when I ate this and was very impressed, I can only image how good it was fresh. Next time in Redmond, the Brickhouse will be an evening for my wife and I.

They had an early evening special menu between 4 and 5 with a wonderful reasonably priced meal, including a wonderful appetizer. The service was wonderful. In all it made for a great early dinner.
Excellent scallops in Buerre Blanc! Make a reservation, but leave time for parking as you may circle several times looking.

We had 6 people wait on us. We never felt like we were dining and it was not busy. Before we could sut down, a server was filling our water glass, then immediately someone came by and dropped bread off at our table. It almost felt like we were in a food line. Server was nice. We ordered and then another person dropped off our salads. Unfortunately, this chicken was tough and over cooked. We have enjoyed dining at the Brickhouse, however our experience was awful.

I've always had a great time at the Brickhouse. The food is consistently fantastic, and the service is top-notch. While it can be on the expensive side, dining earlier in the evening offers a more tranquil atmosphere compared to the later hours when it tends to get a bit loud.
Our waiter, Damon was personable and professional with attention to every detail and attentive to our needs. The restaurant was attractive for a special evening and the entire staff was very welcoming. We were placed in a comfortable booth and had a very nice dinner , not bothered by the noise level.our steaks were cooked exactly as ordered and the lobster was delicious. Great special occasion evening!

We are local residents of Redmond, have dined here a couple of times a year. Of course, prices have sky rocketed, no surprise. However, the qualify of the rib eye steak did not qualify for a $79 price this time. We expect some fat on this cut, but the untrimmed tough chewy parts was unacceptable. Not what we usually experience with the Brickhouse, plus a $10 increase in the price of this steak and then we got charged a fee for using our credit card!!! We sorry to say this was a big disappointment!

Service was very good. As more people came in though things really slowed down. The food quality is not as high as it used to be. The plates just didn't appear as nice as I remember. The steak was undercooked but they did offer to bring the temperature up. However when they brought it back it was burnt on the outside and was very tough to chew. Not sure if we will go back.
