Enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant, staff were very inviting when we arrived. The cocktails were good - had the huckleberry Lemon drop and it was very good. Started with the caprese salad, it had very and I mean very little balsamic, we had to ask for more, and overall it was okay. We opted for the specials of Alaskan Salmon and lamb. Both were excellent. The fish was cooked to perfection for me, and my husband said the lamb as up there in the best he has had. We could tell both of the proteins were very fresh. Pricing was high for both dishes but based on menu prices and these being specials we figured it would be more but both were higher than we would have expected. Yet, we were both happy with our meals. Our waiter (Jeff) was fabulous. He gave us time to enjoy your meal and didn't push us to order, so overall our experience was good. So why the 4 stars versus five you might ask, it was the salad and the overall value of the meal that knocked off a star. The upside was we were staying at the Scp hotel one block away and that was great. I would give it a try. If I'm in the area again, I'd likely go again.

Service was great. Quality was not to the price range. I have had better for cheaper. However, if you're looking for a great ambient setting to feel the high class vibe. The setting is for that. Just not my cup of tea. I probably won't return because of the quality with the price range.

Food was mediocre but overpriced. The baked Brie appetizer was disgusting. Our server was nice but food came out slowly. Good wine selection with lots of local wines. The marionberry dessert was good. Steaks were okay but the other parts of our plate were Luke warm. Would not go again.

Great steaks and seafood! We went there to celebrate my friends birthday. Everything we had was excellent! We shared the brie and roasted garlic appetizer. I had the Fillet Oscar, and my friends had the 16 oz ribeye and the salmon. We also had cheesecake for dessert.

The atmosphere was beautiful. It was a busy Friday night, but they were able to get us in right away for a table for two. It was a long wait for food. We waited 30min for our appetizer and it was 55min until we got our entrées. Thankfully they had plenty of fresh made bread that was complementary and delicious. But the wait was too long. The food was delicious, but a few items seemed way overpriced. I got the salmon special. It was $50 for a small slice of salmon, three heads of asparagus, and a cup of rice. It was good, but the portion was too small for $50. My husband got the chicken marsala for $50 which was good and more worth it.Parking: It can be hard to find parking, depending on the day of the week and time.

Ate at Brickhouse last night for my birthday, we had a party of 4. I had high expectations but all of us were not overly impressed. While the food was pretty good it arrived warm, not hot. My wife wedge salad was underwhelming. There are many restaurants in the Bend/Redmond that have comparable food but are 25% less expensive. The only menu I could find was posted by yelp and it did not reflect current prices.

Nope not again ! Ribeye steak was awful. Couldn't chew it. French fries were raw ! I seriously won't ever go there again. Service was good but can't make up for the sub par food. Be warned!

The cozy atmosphere of the Redmond Brickhouse Restaurant always welcomes and embraces us when we dine there. Service was exemplary, food flavors were excellent, and the margarita was superb!

Great selection of appetizers and entrees! Very accommodating staff! A bit spendy but the portions justify the costs unlike a lot of overpriced establishments these days. I would not hesitate to go back! It's well worth it!

Always a good option for my wife and I to enjoy a good meal in an amazing environment. Staff is great! James knows his stuff both sides of the bar. Even better when snow is coming down.

The Brickhouse has consistently been our favorite restaurant for the last 10-years. We started going for Happy Hour which was fun and less expensive but unfortunately they did away with it. Now we don't go as often but it always excellent from the dirty martini's to ribeyes. It's our special occasion restaurant.

The service and quality were excellent. There are so very few fine dining opportunities available in Central Oregon, and Brickhouse never disappoints. I highly recommend the cranberry Cadillac margarita. Fresh bread was delicious. The chicken Marsala was the best I've ever had. Really looking forward to our next visit.
