My wife placed an order for the family, the receipt shows she ordered a rodeo king, but we received the jr version of the rodeo burger. My wife didnt receive the onion rings she ordered in her burger meal. Very disappointed.

The bathroom was one of the most disgusting ones I have ever been in. I don't think that toilet had been washed in years. If the bathroom is that bad, it makes you wonder what's going on behind the counter

They’ll take your order but won’t deliver any sauces even if you paid. Ordered the allowed sauces spent a bunch of money and got two bbq’s. Thumbs down all day won’t ever get food here again.

The food was cold and disgusting. Ended up throwing it in the garbage. The employees had no customer service skills. Instead stood around talking about who likes gossiping. The bathroom was filthy . I will never go back and would never recommend eating there to anyone.

Super slow today. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and fries w/o salt. By 12 I asked for a refund and walked out. I've never had issues before this. Though they are slow, but not this slow. Many waiting customers walked out. Not sure what was going on today.
