Literally the most disgusting fries I’ve ever had they probably dumped a cup of salt on them I swear to god and they gave me a almost ripped in half bag for some reason this Burger King is literal trash
This Burger King was long lines in drive true this day . My food was sloppily put together. Ketchup was on the rapper, and things were sliding off, and the cheese wasn't even melted that they put on my whopper. The kid at the register apologized for a wait, which by the line standard was not long. But he was very sweet . I can not stand when this ketchup or something on my rappers

They MAY. They choose not to. Then blame "state law". Forcing customer to ask, wait around for staff, after setting bag on counter, calling name, and turning back. It's ridiculous law to "save the environment" that isn't under any real threat. Keep voting dem folks.

16 minutes to get a whopper and fired inside. Only when I went up and complained, do they take my whopper, which was sitting on the upper rack for over 10 minutes, and give it to me. When I complained, they said "we are doing the best we can". Weird, since well over a dozen cats went through the drive-thru, and they filled and got them their food each time. Yet the people in the lobby were waiting FOREVER. They get tired on the speed of the orders through the window, and prioritize them. So expect a 15 to 30 minute wait, unless there are no cars in the drive thru. The food was made, it sat so they don't get flagged for slow drive through times.

Only two cars ahead of me in line and I have been sitting here for 25 minutes.... There was 3 when I first pulled up, 1 has finally left after nearly a half hour. Literally do better whoever the managers are at this store. I'm contemplating applying for general manager here and run it like I do in bend. (Properly). Speed of service should be no more then 180 seconds max on a bad day. Again, do better managers.

Terrible customer service, I watched the lady in front of me waiting for 25 minutes for her door dash order. When she asked about her order the female working register was extremely rude. The entire time they were struggling to complete orders the chubby female manager just sat on her phone, when I was a manager in food service even if I was on break I would jump in and help my crew.
The milkshake I waited for 35 minutes for tasted pretty good. I was going to get a slushy but they were out of service apparently. Overall might be the worse customer service I've had at fast food anywhere in Redmond or bend. Should definitely retrain your employees and your managers to do a better job. PS I'm not a Karen I never write reviews you guys really where just that terrible today lol

Impossible Burger was barely cooked, raw, cold and atrocious. There wasn’t even any mayo on it. The food was laughably bad last time but I thought maybe it was a one-off. Nope, even worse this go-round. Couldn’t eat it, had to throw it in the trash and it wasn’t cheap either. No more BK for me! Also waited one hour in the drive through. Say what?!

One of the slowest burgerking drive thrus ever , sat here 15 min while they are taking there sweet time , frystrating for someone who get so much time for lunch , last visit I’ll have for a while

0ver 10 minutes in a drive thru with 3 cars in front of me and they still can’t get my order right. Whopper w/cheese no onions. Onion rings instead of fries. Here is what I got
I will say after a bit of a ‘rough’ start the shift manger williow came out and we spoke. Sadly this young and ambitious man has only been in the position for 2 weeks and has little training on how to be a manager. The GM and leadership needs to step up to make their managers and employees successful.

If you are a trucker, avoid this place they lock the doors 45 minutes before their dine in closing hours. Go to the fast food place across the street they are more honest with their hours of operation.
