The best I’ve had in Central Oregon, for sure - a little more pricey than some other spots, but you get what you pay for. The arrachera and anything with mezcal were great
Kid-friendliness: They have a little gold-out sling and booster seats for infants in car seats/little kids
Wheelchair accessibility: I’m not a building inspector but it looks like you’d be able to navigate to all the tables - no stairs anywhere

We have enjoyed meals at Carnaval on two previous occasions with positive experiences, unfortunately last night’s dinner did not meet our expectations. The carnitas were not seared as described on the menu and the pork was not seasoned as on previous occasions. Our server, although very nice, did not seem to understand my concerns. Hopefully this is a one time occurrence

First time going here w/ a small group. The food was delicious my favorite things were the corn tortillas & the dessert. Everyone had good drinks as well they got a little too carried away w/ the ice in my blended margarita. I will be coming back here again & trying something else on the menu.😋
