$19 for a chicken bowl with canned pineapple, unripe avocado, and severely lacking in flavor. Really disappointing. Will never order from here again.

Ok quality food, low quality service. Lady working the register was so stand offish from the beginning, but the second interaction is the reason I’m writing the review. Gave her my number to text when the order was ready and my phone died while waiting. So I went up to the counter and told her that. Was met with a stale look and a flat “bummer” which sat for a couple beats before she finally asked the name on the order. When I told her she came back with “well it’s not ready yet” (which I didn’t expect it to be, I had just ordered I was just looking for a buzzer so I knew when it was ready) but in reality she didn’t even know or care because the woman behind her actually making the food interrupted her to tell her it was done now. To which she snapped a dismissive response at her owner coworker! Overall a miserable interaction with a miserable person. Food was ok but not worth $23 you can get better allergy and dietary conscious foods anywhere outside of the sticks. Everything in the bowl lacked flavor and overall was as low quality as the person working the register. If you don’t want to interact with people choose a different job.

The Shasta bowl is my favorite but everything we’ve tried is delicious! Quality ingredients and no bad oils!

** Edits to say that even this response from the owner is incorrect. You did not make us feel like we had a choice to be severed the correct items. I am not allergic and therefore took the meal that I was presented with that I was told I ordered, despite knowing I did not. I was not made to feel comfortable to come and tell you that this bowl was not good. Had you been more kind with your response and offered an apology that our order was incorrect we would have gladly paid the difference and got what we actually wanted. Two people cant be having the same "perceived" experience and be wrong.**
I visited this evening with a friend to order our favorite dish, the Shasta Bowl. We placed an order for two of these bowls and an extra side of elote sauce. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up our order, we were given completely wrong items.
Despite our clear explanation that the order was incorrect, the woman working there—who I believe was the owner—argued with us. She insisted that we had ordered the wrong items and even suggested that we should have noticed the incorrect charge ourselves (we would have gladly paid the cost difference). Her attitude was condescending, and she dismissed our concerns, including a serious issue with peanut sauce that could have triggered a severe allergy for my friend.
Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a simple apology, she became more defensive and rude. She made no effort to rectify the situation, and it was only when we pointed out the allergy issue that we were offered a replacement for my friend. The lack of accountability and courtesy was astonishing.
To make matters worse, other customers witnessed the exchange, which only added to our embarrassment. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business owner, and the entire experience left a sour taste. I hope they reconsider their approach to customer service moving forward. I would avoid this food truck in the future if I notice that this person is working.
I would also like to note that even though I graciously took the incorrect food items, it was not good. I ate it because I was hungry and felt that I had no other option other than just to eat what I was given and be grateful!

Such a great place with such amazing food. Best gluten free option in Central Oregon. Alchemy Bowls honestly changed my life, it is the only place in Redmond I am able to eat. The food is impeccable and the owners are so kindhearted. I've dealt with severe digestion issues from stress and have had a very tough journey with food. I've eaten strictly rice and avocado and feta cheese on my own for a year now, and when I found this place I was sure it was heaven. Indefinitely meant to be, the Pacific Crest Bowl with feta cheese is my go to meal absolutely any time of day. It's my favorite meal times a thousand and the ginger shoyu sauce is to die for. The owners are so personable and immediately learned my name, my order, have checked in for updates on my health, and have even gave me stickers. Their bowl is worth every penny and I get it several times a week. Anyone with pricing related complaints has absolutely no idea what it's like to eat healthy, this bowl is heavily generous for $16 and it is such a great healthy alternative. Gluten free food is scarce everywhere, and as mentioned alchemy bowls is the only place I'm able to eat in town when breakfast places close. The menu is so versatile, and has everything I've been searching for.

Very satisfied with my experience and my food here. Got the pacific crest bowl and it was very good. Reasonable price as well. They put a lot of protein in my bowl as well, unlike those scumbags at chipotle. Keep up the good work.

The Mt. Shasta bowl, with the base of potatoes was absolutely delicious ? Dedicated gluten free, which I really appreciate. My only "complaint" is that it's 4 hours from my home!
Dietary restrictions: Dedicated gluten free, but even if you're not gluten free it's delicious! Also, dairy free, soy free, and vegetarian options!

Pacific Crest Bowl and Mt Hood bowl vegan options were delicious! A little heavy on the sauce, but the flavor combos were damn good! I like that the sweet potatoes were not overdone, the veggies were fresh, the slaw nice and tangy. I will definitely be back!
Vegetarian options: They have vegan and gluten free options.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free, meat free

Great spot we found upon looking up gluten-free options in Redmond while visiting. The bowls were delicious - I definitely recommend the Mt Shasta bowl (barbacoa)! Turns out we did not need two large bowls..... We could have split one between the two of us!!
This food cart seating area was great as well. ☀️?
