Yeah, this place is the bomb! Great place for my celiac family to grab some food without any worry of glutten contamination... We'll done!

My Mt. Hood bowl was very average, especially for the price. Quinoa was miniscule.

My “go to” place when I’m ordering from Door Dash! Seriously so good every single time I order.

One of the tastiest bowls I’ve had. Also, one of the nicest food cart pods I’ve visited. A little pricey if you’re not from the area, but an excellent dining in and takeout option.

Incredible food and gluten free option! I got the small bowl and it was the perfect amount of food. 10/10 recommend!

Quick, tasty, light clean food.

SO good!! It makes me so happy to see local places that care so much about the quality of food they put out and make healthy options available to the community. I got the large Pacific Crest bowl. Perfect size for lunch and packed with amazing flavor. The marinated chicken was delish, rice and quinoa were cooked perfectly, the carrots and veggies added so much to the texture and the sauce was so yummy! Perfect all the way around. Great service too. Highly recommend!

A little too much dressing, but flavors were good!

Cascade Alchemy Bowls - Redmond, Oregon

If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful, and downright amazing food in Redmond, Cascade Alchemy Bowls is an absolute MUST-try. Every dish I’ve had from this kitchen has been bursting with bold, delicious flavors that taste as though they were crafted straight from the heart. Which— I don’t doubt. You can’t fake flavors like this.

What sets Cascade Alchemy Bowls apart is their unwavering commitment to freshness. You can tell they care about using the best ingredients to create meals that leave a lasting impression. Whether you’re in the mood for comfort food or something creative and unique, they’ve got you covered.

The staff are super friendly and truly passionate about what they do, which makes the experience even better. Supporting local food creators and fellow lovers of food like Cascade Alchemy Bowls is always a win, especially when the food is this good.

**A quick add— it’s rare to find a place with such good quality of food that tastes so good from the kitchen…And to carry that same quality for ‘to- go’ or ‘Dash’ orders… The food is just fantastic. That’s it.

Can’t recommend them enough—be sure to check them out next time you’re in Redmond!

Went twice already, this place is good!! Alpine summit bowl is my favorite, love the sweet potato base, perfect size for lunch. 😁

Easily the best food in Bend! You literally can’t beat the service and delicious, fresh food.

$19 for a chicken bowl with canned pineapple, unripe avocado, and severely lacking in flavor. Really disappointing. Will never order from here again.

Ok quality food, low quality service. Lady working the register was so stand offish from the beginning, but the second interaction is the reason I’m writing the review. Gave her my number to text when the order was ready and my phone died while waiting. So I went up to the counter and told her that. Was met with a stale look and a flat “bummer” which sat for a couple beats before she finally asked the name on the order. When I told her she came back with “well it’s not ready yet” (which I didn’t expect it to be, I had just ordered I was just looking for a buzzer so I knew when it was ready) but in reality she didn’t even know or care because the woman behind her actually making the food interrupted her to tell her it was done now. To which she snapped a dismissive response at her owner coworker! Overall a miserable interaction with a miserable person. Food was ok but not worth $23 you can get better allergy and dietary conscious foods anywhere outside of the sticks. Everything in the bowl lacked flavor and overall was as low quality as the person working the register. If you don’t want to interact with people choose a different job.
