Very allergy friendly and food tastes great! Outdoor seating will get hot if sitting in the sun but usually not a problem. Will be back!

I'm just traveling through and was hoping to find a safe, celiac friendly place to eat. Eating can be so stressful when you're on vacation, but this food truck gave me liiiife. I got a small bowl and shared the deep fried pickle chips. It was enough food to need to pack some up for a snack later. Food was UNREAL. So so grateful I found this place!!

Food was very expensive for what you get, but it tasted good. Place could use some better seating, but I don't think this place has anything to do with that. The woman at the window was friendly and explained their menu very well.

Probably one of the most friendly places for dietary restrictions. The owners are so accommodating and friendly.
My wife has probably one the strictest food allergies and diet restrictions you can find, and they navigate it with ease.
The food makes you feel good and safe.
The atmosphere is not in their control, but the blacksmith can sometimes blast music really loud and also shade is difficult to find at times.

Heard this place is amazing, but I went during an event where there is a $30 surcharge just to order food and leave. Kinda bummed as I wanted to try it out! Wish there was a way to get to-go!

My son and daughter in took me out for lunch to Blacksmith Public House. We stopped at Cascade Alchemy Bowls. It's a food cart with Vegan options which my son and daughter in law are fond of. I ordered first and had a bowl which consisted of Sweet Potatoe fries , one over easy egg, and maybe one slice of diced bacon. It was tasty but not worth what my son paid for it. My son and daughter in law had Vegan bowls. In total my son paid over $60 for 3 bowls . Pretty steep for lunch.

I almost always stop here whenever I’m in Redmond. The team is always friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh, full of flavor, and satisfying portions.
I especially appreciate having a spot like this where I can eat out and still find something that works with my dietary restrictions. The bowls are super diet friendly, customizable, and there is a good variety of options.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for something filling, flavorful, and sensitive-tummy safe!

My Mt. Hood bowl was very average, especially for the price. Quinoa was miniscule.

My “go to” place when I’m ordering from Door Dash! Seriously so good every single time I order.
One of the tastiest bowls I’ve had. Also, one of the nicest food cart pods I’ve visited. A little pricey if you’re not from the area, but an excellent dining in and takeout option.
Incredible food and gluten free option! I got the small bowl and it was the perfect amount of food. 10/10 recommend!
Quick, tasty, light clean food.
SO good!! It makes me so happy to see local places that care so much about the quality of food they put out and make healthy options available to the community. I got the large Pacific Crest bowl. Perfect size for lunch and packed with amazing flavor. The marinated chicken was delish, rice and quinoa were cooked perfectly, the carrots and veggies added so much to the texture and the sauce was so yummy! Perfect all the way around. Great service too. Highly recommend!
