The food and drinks tasted great! I am giving 1/5 because I did not appreciate the staff giving themselves a higher tip then what I authorized on my card. It was very clear on the receipt. That is stealing to me.

I would rate the burger at a 4 of 5, the side salad a 0-1 of 5. It must have been made yesterday. There is absolutely NO service and you bus your tables yet you’re still prompted for a tip. You get your own drinks and order just like McDonalds. Either pay the employees more or teach them how a real restaurant works.

Been going ever since they opened. Thier beer and food has always been high quality. It's also fun.

Great place to catch some music (go early) and some great bites. We had a Bulgogi Bowl, and smoked wings - plus drinks. It was foot tapping fun, a great afternoon.

Just popped by as an out-of-towner. Teriyaki rice bowl so so but service, ambiance and beer great. Salads my friends got looked better.

Love this place - been coming here for over 15 years, beer is good and the venue is fantastic. If the owners are listening; I would like them to know that the wings need a major improvement and the pita plate is truly missed. The traditional wings were 10x better than the now crusty smoked dry wings. The med salad was very good but still wish we could have ordered the pita platter. Otherwise, this is a must come-to spot and it is a bend original. Thank you for sticking around Cascade Lakes Brewing Co.!

Good food and great selection of beer on tap. Definitely try the onion rings. Service was excellent and prompt. We sat in the bar.

I've been here twice and have always enjoyed the food, beer and cider! Outdoor and indoor seating options. Dog and family friendly! Lots of dogs were around when we visited.Enjoyed the Reuben and one of their ciders!

Just off the beaten path of the main drag of Simpson Ave in Bend, take a left at Chandler Way, go down past the business complex and you'll find a good cul de sac for a few strip stores but the 'big dog' brewpub Cascade Lakes takes the cake of the parking lot and then some. It's giant towering brewpub is two levels. One for the business and the second half for the restaurant itself. As you open the doors to the place you are transported into a time capsule of how the west was won. Big bonfire ? is roaring outside for customers wanting to be outside and the others warm by a smaller fireplace stove in the corner. This is a splitting image of the restaurant " Cattlemens" back in my hometown of Santa Rosa, CA. Feeling right at home, there's a long list of appetizers, kid's menu and a plethora of beers on tap and wine by the Glass. Of course, yours truly accidentally ordered a beer much too rich for the iron stomach I so thought I had, and graciously reordered a lighter less hoppy IPA. Without any questions asked. My mom and I both had burgers ? and fries, while my cousin had the falafel sandwich and her husband had a good sized burger as well. The two kiddos both had grilled cheese sandwiches with fries and fruit. Everyone left quite satisfied and full. We will definitely be coming back to this place!!
The service was fine. Someone dropped the plates off and walked away, no napkins or silverware. The atmosphere is warm and food is good, but don’t come here needing anything beyond basics.

You won’t be missing out on anything with here, the new manager is a creep and likes to make it a hostile work environment to the women and young ladies who he doesn’t find attractive there. I’m talking from experience, Stewart was nice to me until he realized I had a boyfriend then he would tell me sorry not tell me yell at me that I need to “Pump my f-ing breaks” on my schedule because “It’s not like you have bills to pay” those were his words to me. So when I quit without notice because the last time someone quit with a notice they got fired. Then when I would come in to support my old team that I love dearly he would hide like a coward in the back. Also I got put at “non-rehire-able”. The owner is even worse, he can’t even step into the place he owns cause he knows how badly he is messing it up. Andy won’t take responsibility for what he has done to this place. I do not recommend supporting this Business

Cascade lakes used to be a place that locals loved to go and hang out, have food and drinks, and catch up.Now it has a very corporate atmosphere with no regard to the home town pub that we all know and loved. It is sad to see yet another landmark in our redmond history go downhill and loose sight on what is important. I have been going here for many years and am sad to say that they have lost my business forever

Good food. Excellent service. Emily was attentive and informative regarding the beer selection available and menu options. Even during a rush my group didn't feel rushed or ignored. Would definitely reccomend and return!
