Went there at 9:00. They close at 11:00. Server said the grill was closed. We wanted 2 cheeseburgers. Walking out cook was at the grill cooking burgers. Will not go back. What happened to this place??

Let’s start with positive, you can pay. So that’s a plus.
Other than that might be the slowest restaurant I’ve ever been in.
Food took over 2 hours and still was not out.
I asked after 2 plus hours to just put my food to go.
No To go silverware
2 different types of music one side limp biscuit one side Rkelly
Drinks we’re not received
Takes upwards of 20 min to get 1 beer let alone water.

100% this is a garbage restaurant and needs to be tore down to the bolts.

The food was great! I had a French Dip with salad! Nice area for visiting and large area with pool tables.

Tonight’s bartender is rude and never in a good mood. She charge me the wrong price for menu food, and then would not convert my order to go as I unexpectedly had to leave… hope she enjoyed my dinner as it was sitting in ready in front of the chief..

What a great pub experience!! Probably the best pub experience in Redmond. They have all the sports events on TV or you can ask the management to change a TV screen. Plenty of seating on both sides of pub. The staff is quick and fast along with a good sized food menu. They also have live music playing classic rock and they were Amazing!!

Great place to grab a bite and a drink. Stopped in for a quick lunch today. I got the patty melt with fries as it came off the menu, the wife got the Philly with tots, no . While both were very good we both felt the patty melt was on top, along with the tots better

Service, top notch. Absolute quickest refills ever ha. Our glasses did not fall below 1/3 the way empty before they were topped back off.

12/10 experience. Definitely going back if time permits.

The environment at Clock Tower Pub has completely transformed — it’s so much happier and more inviting to visit now! I’m not sure what changes were made behind the scenes, but whatever they did, it’s working.

Mark and Trista are incredible — they bring such fun energy and genuinely connect with everyone who walks in. You can tell they love what they do, and it makes a huge difference. It’s become a place where you don’t just grab a drink — you stay, you laugh, and you feel like part of something.

Highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t in a while — it’s a whole new vibe, and it’s awesome.

Wow, you can only give somebody so many times when again this evening and wanted to place an order and the tall, dark haired bartender said I literally had to come to the counter to her to place an order. If you’re going to be a sitdown restaurant you should be able to get sit down service. She is the only server there that I ever have issues with and she’s absolutely rude.
