Great icecream ceations!

Delicious ice cream with customizable mix-in's. What could be better?

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share my experience in hopes that it helps improve customer service here. I visited this ice cream shop recently, excited to try something new, but unfortunately I was met with disappointing service from one of the staff members.

There was a young lady working—long black hair and braces—who was extremely rude and made the experience uncomfortable. Instead of offering friendly suggestions or helping me find something I’d enjoy, she seemed impatient and pressured me into making a quick decision. I ended up choosing a flavor I didn’t like at all, just because I felt rushed and awkward. It was not the kind of welcoming environment you'd expect from a place meant to bring joy.

Customer service is such a huge part of the experience, especially in a business like this. If employees can’t take the time to help or even be kind, it’s going to drive people away, not bring them in. I hope the owners see this and take it seriously—because the product might be great, but the service has to match.

Or absolute favorite ice cream store! The girls were great and did a great job!

Got an amazing birthday cake with awesome add ins just like ordering a cone! And had it ready the next morning!

The Redmond Coldstone location catered our wedding for a special treat! The experience was very easy and the manager and Coldstone team helped make our special day perfect! Would Recommend!

Don’t DoorDash from here ! You order the Everything and they say they are out of those tubs and give you way less than you paid for.

I have been to this cold stone two time now since I moved, the first time I was very pleased this time I wasn’t, I ordered the second to the small and it was a lot less than the first time, I added almonds, Butterfinger, Heath bar and fudge and a waffle bowl and I did not taste the Heath bar the Butterfinger and barely any almonds so I was kind of disappointed because the first time my bowl was full of Butterfingers, Heath bar, hot fudge and the almonds. I also had more ice cream the first time than this time so I paid the same price. I guess it’s a crapshoot when coming into this place overall the ice cream was delicious. I will just be more conscious and speak up when receiving my bowl of ice cream. My order came up to a little over $11 for ice cream why be Cincy with my toppings I paid for them not cool, not cool.
