This is my jam Best lunches ever so health nothing fried all natural the best a person could ask for delectable selection on soups and salads, everything is good and I've been very picky about my food, especially salads, I've never seen a wilted piece of lettuce in this establishment. Every time it is so perfect, fresh and crunchy and the soups are delightful, they rotate some and they have some that stay all year. I can't usually resist Just getting one.I'm always lured into trying the new the new soup because without failure, it is always something delicious and enticing. And even if it's not something I've tried before or like before how they make it. I've liked. I'm so glad that they're back to a regular business hours and have a full staff. So I can go down and enjoy my lunches early or late.

Ive only been here twice. Both times we had missing items from our order. Overpriced and not good. Would not recommend

My wife and I used to love this place...what happened?? I visited last weekend with a couple of my kids to celebrate an end to their soccer season, and the service/food was terrible. First off, the girl working the counter acted like a wet towel. No smiles, no greeting, and no enthusiasm what-so-ever. Only one other customer in the whole entire restaurant when we ordered. I felt like I was interrupting her free time of doing absolutely nothing. I'm so sick of young employees acting like zombies. Then came ordering. My kids both wanted kids meals of which the girl working the counter told me the included desert items were all out of stock. Fine...but no sorry, no discount, no offering of a decent substitution (they gave us double fruit which didn't seem like double fruit). The only thing I did get were more lackluster responses. Then we get our food. It was like glorified microwaved meals. My sandwich was semi cold lunch meat with tons of onions and barely any cheese. Completely boring and uninspired. Then my kids' mac and cheese was half hard and nasty. So I essentially paid over $30 for garbage. And then the icing on top— I got mild food poisoning from my sandwich the following night. I'll never give this place my business again.

First time visit. We were looking for a place that had some soup and salad after our hike at Smith Rock. Very large choice of salad options and sandwiches! The regular salad is crazy large! Soup was very tasty!

I love this place and their food. Sadly they don't have enough staff for dinner and we don't eat out much for lunch. I'm sad and really wish they would find more staff. Lots of out of work people, maybe increase pay? Anyway, my favorite is the California panini for a sandwich and mixed berry or sunrise salad. Also very much love the tomato soup. Please open for dinner again. No other good salad place around that I can find. :(

This particular location ive experienced bad customer service every time, so I won't be going here for a while.
Being in the food and beverage industry myself for over 18 years I like to try and give more then a couple tries but after 5ish times of bad service I just cant stand to go to this one anymore.. Which sucks cause I absolutely loved the Bend location one when I'd go. Little spendy but a good place besides here. Hopefully they can fix it eventually..

Fantastic and very reasonably priced. Given todays economy and market, I don't save much making these sandwiches myself. Worth stopping by!

Unbridled passion and understated intimacy combine to make Croutons an oasis of tranquility in a wasteland of regret and despair. Their signature Oakford Salad is crisp and uplifting, and the air was heavy with intrigue. Kudos to Donna at the soup stations for her hilarious impersonation of Rudolph Wilks.

First time, not impressed with the berry salad I had. Service was good. Place was was clean. Not a relaxed environment. Self-bussing your plastic ware and trash, on way out the door. It is good for what it is. I prefer a comfy booth or chair, less plastic and table side service, ordering from the menu bringing meal to me and clearing of plates away.

Beware of food allergens- I ordered a sandwich with no tomato due to a severe allergy. I understand that nobody is perfect, but it was apparent that my sandwich had bits and pieces of tomato left after they had realized their mistake. This is what causes accidental ingestion. Please be more aware of allergens in the future.

Redmond location is awful. The customer service has always been very bad, I assume a management issue. The food is great but don't expect to pay less than $20 for anything. They force you to tip essentially. Bend location is smiles all around and good food. Worth the money there. Here, it's obvious they don't want you here.
