Best food in the valley, in my humble opinion. Food is always made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. You won’t regret giving his food a try! Risotto cakes and pork tenderloin meal are some favs!

Their sauces, especially on the tritip, are fantastic. Their meats are all very flavorful as well. It’s now my favorite cart at the barn. If you haven’t tried a dish from here, go soon!

New to us. Good choice of drinks. Outside seating with mister was nice. For winter not enough inside seating. Good selection of food trucks. Parking sucks but it is what it is, on street. Of course one visit is not enough to try everything at once.

Good location. Just two blocks from downtown. Nice fire pit for cool evenings snd warmer days side even with doors open. Busy but not crowded. Family friendly, kids playing games. Good selection of beers on tap. And five food trucks to choose from many had food wed be interested to try. The atmosphere outside is inviting. But the tables and chairs inside not so inviting as they were cold and hard like a cafeteria. Overall a nice option in Redmond.

thank you for providing a nice food truck setting with many choices- particularly those that offer plant based options.

First off, to be honest I rarely consider eating at a food truck. I'm not young and this wasn't a thing when I was young. I just don't gravitate to a truck, although I have visited a small handful of them. The Sunriver wine event called Uncorked opened yesterday (Friday) and we visited briefly with the intent of returning today. The very first thing that greeted me upon entering was the smell of bacon cooking. He had me at that point and I knew this is where I would have lunch the following day! We kicked around the wine event briefly today and shortly we all wanted lunch so we made our way to Curbside Bacon. Each of us ordered a Boss Hogg Slider, one person ordered Salmon Cakes to accompany the slider, and we also ordered Bacon Wrapped Dates for the group to share. I don't like dates so passed, but everyone else loved them. Bacon and dates pretty much speak for themselves, but they were stuffed with something hazelnut and placed on lines of balsamic and something else like honey. I find dates cloyingly sweet, but the others raved about them. The person with the salmon cakes said they were good enough. But then there was the slider. Wow! The slider is a monster. Lettuce, light onion, and tomato are laid on the bottom of a beautiful bun that is perfect. The bun is light but has enough texture to hold up well to a large stack. On top of this follows a hamburger which is topped with bacon and cheese if you like it. Then the whole thing is topped with a monster stack of pulled pork with barbecue sauce on top. The top of the bun is added and the stack is speared with a plastic fork to make carrying easier. I like my burger done medium and this was perfect. My wife likes her burger well done but didn't complain about the cook. One of our friends really liked his slider, but the other ate only half as she thought it was under. I would have liked to try a dessert but frankly I was stuffed from the slider and had to pass. The vibe of the truck is hipster with the front man hawking people and engaging a lot. He and the chef were tossing friendly jibes at each other the entire time we were there. Both had surly attitudes that appeared part of their entire schtick, but it was a lot of fun, and the younger women got, of course, the charm. We ordered and then waited probably 20-25 minutes for the food to come up. The griddle is small and chef was cooking one or two orders at a time. He commented at one point that he likes an entire order to come up at one time all together. I appreciated that touch because we the all ate together. After he sent out three or four orders chef told us our order would take about seven minutes. And he did not take a break, which is to say he was working at a furious pace. I loved this truck! Had my wife or our friend thought to ask for the burger cooked well done it would have been a better thing, but alas no one thought of that. None the less, I would eat there again because I loved the food, the banter was awesome, and I loved watching it all unfold.

If you are in Redmond, OR and need a bite or drink, stop by General Duffy’s. This was our first visit, we met friends for a drink and tried the food carts. The beer selection was wide from darks to IPAs to sours, they had a nice selection of wines by glass or bottle, and kombucha. One in party had bubble tea. The beverage service was informative and offered samples. The food carts ranged from Puerto Rican, gourmet bacon, Asian, “Filly” sandwiches and shave ice. One place was closed that served Buddha Bowls and list CBD products. Well all the cart owners were very friendly and eager to offer help with their menus. As some where busy cooking up some delicious plates you may have to wait to ask a question or catch their attention. In our group, we three decided on the tri tip filly sandwiches with pepper, onion and cheese in addition to jalapeño or habanero sauces. One in group had the Asian noodles. Wow, we all really enjoyed the tasty food and approachable atmosphere. The lot had many seats for a little privacy or to be in the mix. We will be back on next visit to Redmond.

We had a great time here the other evening. There is mostly outdoor seating. Several food trucks were available to choose from. There was an Asian truck, a Vegetarian truck and one called Curbside Bacon which is the place we chose. My bacon cheeseburger was amazing! There was live music the night we were there. Next time I am in Redmond, I will visit here again.

No Bacon!!.. false advertising, my boyfriend and I were excited with the name after looking at the menu only one thing contained bacon... it was the bacon cheeseburger.. so left to another truck that actually had food with bacon.. highly disappointed

First visit 7-11-19 at lunch time, 11:40am. Guy at the bar had a hard time pouring the beer my wife wanted due to some equipment malfunction. While he was toiling away trying to do that we perused the food truck offerings. A couple trucks were not operating today, one offered the food we wanted. The owner twice explained at length how food truck owner's need some days off to rest and buy supplies. They save themselves for the weekend when more people show up, I guess.....LOL Now the beer..........finally got one glass, pint of an unremarkable micro brew for a whopping $6!! The beer was warmish and the glass warm ALSO due to an equipment failure.....nice!!!!!!! So we chugged down that stuff and left....never to return OH BTW, none of the other food truck operators even bothered to say hello as we walked up to their truck..........such enthusiasm!!! Headed elsewhere in Redmond to GENO's Italian restaurant for some VERY GOOD food AND COLD beer!!! Tourists, try another venue.........food truck prices also were a bit high, exL $15 for a sandwich.......Nope

The owner is a former restaurant chef. He LOVES his job and it shows in his food. We had the special on the board - Brussels Sprouts. Outstanding!! I could eat this dish every day. He said if enough people like/buy the specials, he might make them a regular menu item. This needs to be on the regular menu so I can buy it everyday!!! :) Also had the pulled pork wrap. Another outstanding dish! This guy knows how to cook. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu. This restaurant is located at the newly opened General Duffy's Waterhole. Go visit Curbside Bacon and support local, hard working folks.
