They put 2 orders in one bag. Forgot part of our orders.. way over cooked the fish sandwich, as well as Forgot part of the order. Went back to have them fix it. Got a total attitude. Said its policy to put all orders in one bag. Also said there fryer cooks the same and if we wanted the fish softer they could give it to us raw.. Then we went out to the car and the entire second order was missing. Soo went back in. This time im pretty mad as im diabetic and needed food. The so called manager gave my money back and told me to not come back.. all I wanted was my dinner. I ended up having to go someplace else.. Don't go to the Redmond oregon location

I was throughly disgusted with my service at Dairy Queen today. So much so I will never go back. I went through drive up and they handed me a cup that the lid wouldn’t stay on. It spilled. I had to insist they put it in a new cup with a proper fitting lid! They told me just don’t squeeze it. How am I supposed to do that when I am driving? Then they proceeded not to give me my debit card back. It wasn’t until I got across town I realized that. When I went back to talk to the manager her explanation was do you know how many we have? That says more about how bad the staff sucks and customer service than anything!!! I am done!!!! Their total lack of customer courtesy is evident!!!

Ordered and paid for a 4 PC chicken basket and one of the chicken strips was the size of a nugget because someone either took a bite or they tire half of it off. Either way this is how they served it to us.

Went order chicken strip meal was meet with great customer service from April. Order was placed and then a self described store manager that did not even know what store he was working at dropped my food to me without some items. When I asked for the paid item I was told he can’t give it to us and that I would have to pay double to get it fixed. Once I refused to do that and I explained I want to return the food as there was a lot of blond hair it due to the fact that that the not one employee had a hair net or gloves when handling finished food I went ahead and discarded the meal and sent a report to Oregon Food And Health safety, hopefully the store manager sees what is going on and make a adjustments before someone gets ill.

We ordered food at 9:11 PM. We were told it would need to be “to go” because they close at 9:30. We let them know we were with the people in front of us who ordered dine in and were given trays hesitantly. The lead or assistant manager walked up to our table at 9:30 on the dot to tell us they are officially closed and we needed to leave. We were almost finished eating but respectfully discarded our items and cleared our table. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant at the exact time of closing. Typically doors are locked at closing time and those people already eating finish their meal while closing tasks begin.
