Went order chicken strip meal was meet with great customer service from April. Order was placed and then a self described store manager that did not even know what store he was working at dropped my food to me without some items. When I asked for the paid item I was told he can’t give it to us and that I would have to pay double to get it fixed. Once I refused to do that and I explained I want to return the food as there was a lot of blond hair it due to the fact that that the not one employee had a hair net or gloves when handling finished food I went ahead and discarded the meal and sent a report to Oregon Food And Health safety, hopefully the store manager sees what is going on and make a adjustments before someone gets ill.

We ordered food at 9:11 PM. We were told it would need to be “to go” because they close at 9:30. We let them know we were with the people in front of us who ordered dine in and were given trays hesitantly. The lead or assistant manager walked up to our table at 9:30 on the dot to tell us they are officially closed and we needed to leave. We were almost finished eating but respectfully discarded our items and cleared our table. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant at the exact time of closing. Typically doors are locked at closing time and those people already eating finish their meal while closing tasks begin.

Very disappointed!!! My husband and I went through the drive through and paid $23.58 for 2 4 piece chicken strip meals… twice the price they were 4 yrs (or so) ago for 1/2 the amount of food!!!! I won’t be going back anytime soon…if at all 😡

Redmond DQ a little busy but they handed it well and got everything out hot and on time. Thx dairy queen Redmond for keeping up with the b.s. Update 5/13/25. Again I went to DQ in Redmond and again they were awesome! Brought my food to me to avoid the line and it was hot and delicious! I got six Piece chicken tenders and fries with toast. It was 50%off as a thank you from dairy Queen. Thanks dairy queen again for all the years of your scrumptious grub! I will definitely return!

Had a very rude, unprofessional experience with teenage boy employee working the drive-through. I had just recently downloaded the app in which you can order a blizzard for $.85 with a purchase of a dollar. At the time I had ordered, I mentioned it to the gal who took my order. She gave me the total and told me They would adjust the price when it got up to the window. They repeated my order started handing me my small cone, and I had mentioned to a different employee at the window that I had a coupon on the app ….he visibly became frustrated….Let out at big sigh and Pretty much was expressing that it was too late …That he already rang me up and lifted his hands up. Hey there’s nothing I can do and he said I should have mentioned that I had that discount before he rang it up. First of all, this is the first time I’ve ever used it. I don’t know how it goes, but I assumed since I told the other girl, I had it that that would be in the system and there would be some sort of communication between the two different people that I was going to use this app I persisted that I was going to use coupon on app and that he needed to change the price I said that the other gal who took order should have told him I was using it or it should have been in the system He argued and debated again about this visibly frustrated, and angry that he had to void it and re-ring it up I told him that he needed to do better and then he said …I need to do better!! and slammed the window on me!! I sat there in shock …..wow … This is unacceptable so I waited at window so I could talk to a manager and they were purposely trying to avoid coming to the window. Finally, a supervisor did because the manager was not on duty. I explained to her the situation and she basically continued to defend his actions. She also said it was really busy and making every excuse not offering any apology or responsibility for the kids actions There is no excuse for bad behavior ,and bad attitude and treatment like this to customers. Obviously this kid has an anger problem and can’t handle being under stress without taking it out on his customers An apology should have been given immediately first of all and a commitment to do better in the future so this doesn’t happen to other customers. Will never return now because of this experience.
