It's still a chain restaurant, but a quality ownership shows in the staff.

Good food, but for some reason their burgers lack the flare that the Prineville and Madras DQ has. I can't quite pinpoint it, the burgers are just missing something... I'd eat there twice as much if they tasted the same as the other locations

The physical establishment is good and clean. Very well kept. The food was very good for DQ. I love the chicken strips and gravy dip. Didn’t know they added cheese curds to the menu.

We went through the drive thru to order. The wait time was very long. There were multiple vehicles in the "move forward and wait" spots. The vehicle in front of us seemed to know everyone in the store and was just chatting it up. Even after she received her food, employees just kept coming up to the window to chat it up with her. The line grew longer behind us. Once we paid we were asked to move forward to the wait spot for our food. We then waited for about 5 more minutes. Once we opened our food, which was 4 chicken strips basket, I had only three and one was just a inch piece that looked liked someone took a bite out of it. I literally had 10 fries, the second basket had the same amount of fries and three and half strips. Because we waited so long I had expected the food to be fresh, it was not. Very poor quality food and service for a fast food $22.00 meal.

Stopped because we were in town and knew that we could get a really good fish sandwich and blizzard. Tried one of the holiday flavors which did not disappoint. My only let down was no soap in the bathroom, which after a bunch of shopping I really wanted to wash before eating. Otherwise will absolutely stop again.

The only drive through place where you can guarantee to be asked "please pull forward and we'll bring your food to you". Milk shake, hamburger and fries, didn't know it was a 10min wait, consistently.
