For our 42nd Anniversary, we decided on Diego's Spirited Kitchen in Redmond Oregon. It is a always an amazing experience. Food is divine. Service is prompt. Always busy, so be prepared for a short wait to be seated.
We enjoyed a Fujita meal with scallops, shrimp, halibut, steak and chicken. One order for both of us and we had more than we could eat! And it was so good!

Every year, we stop in with our family and friends to enjoy some great food and outstanding margaritas. One waiter remembers us every time we arrive. You gotta stop in and try the famous carnitas

Stopped in on a warm summer afternoon for quick bite. The service was prompt and professional and our food was delivered much more quickly than we had expected. We enjoyed the coconut prawns, very tasty, and some chips and salsa. Will return another time for a full meal.
