I love the sandwiches at Domino's, especially the chicken bacon ranch. I order when I'm leaving work and in just a few minutes, my dinner is ready. They are normally great at getting to me quickly when I walk in the door. This last time, not so much - I was behind the person being helped at the register. When they were finished, the gal helping them walked away. I figured she was coming back right back since she saw me there. I stood there for a few minutes while a couple employees were discussing an order, a couple more were busy making pizzas, and the gal who was at the register was doing something, although I'm not sure what. Someone noticed me after three or four minutes standing about a foot from the counter. She asked the other gal to come help me. They aren't usually like this, but this time wasn't great. I didn't dock them too much because you never know what's going on, but I was a bit disappointed, having been the only one standing in the lobby.

I accidentally shattered a ceramic bowl with the food I prepared mixed. Very upset and, it was 11:55, I called the store thinking no one would answer so close to closing. Not only did they answer, the person on the phone was calm, collected, and unfazed by my last moment call. The driver was also a very good dude. Food was great! Would eat here again knowing the people who work there are awesome.

I didn’t realize Domino’s had gluten free crust. I placed an order online the night before for pick up and it all went smoothly. I’ve had a different location mess up my food-allergy pizza but this location got it right and it was yummy. Happy to know I have a gf option here.

Watch out for this entire company. They charge your card their own gratuity a day later. So they keep your credit card information then charge as they feel. Worst service and I will get my whole amount back not just what they charged. This is the second time they’ve charged their own gratuity! I am done with dominoes and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't go through this. The drivers are always high on something! The service is crap, smashed boxes missing items they won’t replace. Crap store in Redmond Oregon for sure. They should get fraudulent charges for what they do!
Long story short, I received the wrong item and by the time I noticed the store was closed. So I called the next morning and spoke to Jesse and he was quick to rectify the situation. Would definitely be coming back and would recommend this location.

The driver forgot to bring my drink. I called the store to let them know and the guy at the store who said his name was Jessie said he would have the driver send it over. I called again after I finished my food which was about 25 mins later and asked if they could just give me a partial refund for the order and forget about the soda. He said he wouldn't because there was nothing wrong with the order, had an attitude about it and called me "homie" and "doggy". I think he meant to call me dawg.

The Beef Salami, Philly Cheesesteak pizza, Breadsticks and Cinnamon Sticks were delicious. For a reasonable price, this is a meal you should order for family and or friends. Just make sure you double check your order before you leave. My order was wrong and I had to drive back after arriving at my destination. The staff quickly made the connection to my order once I returned.
