Just recently started drinking dutch bros and although I love their rebels I strongly suggest getting them blended or no ice because the last 3 visits it's been almost the whole cup filled with ice. This picture reflects the amount of ice left after a 20 minute drive home so some has melted but this is still way to much and a waste of money. 2 stars only because they do taste amazing.

I go to this Dutch bros a lot due to it being close to where I work. There’s this one girl I see a lot I think her names Katlin, she is always very rude and seems to be unprofessional and very unfriendly. She seems to have a bad attitude everytime. I’m always nice to all the workers and I always tip so there’s not a reason for her to be rude to me. Katlin has gave me a dirty face multiple times.

When my friends and I arrived at the line, we ordered our drinks and Kaitlin M was our server. Initially she had a positive attitude when we ordered but after just a few moments, it seems she had an attitude problem and nudged our drinks towards us. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

Really not happy. I went to get a blue lemonade for my children to split. I got myself a coffee. I got my order and paid I went to open the blue drink to put it in 2 cups and realized it was carbonated? Weird so I tasted it it was a redbulll!!!!!! I almost gave my 1.5 and 3 year old redbull due to the staffs lack of attention. Luckily I noticed it was off, even though the drink was blue! Would’ve been extremely dangerous for my children. DO BETTER!!

I want to start off by saying I don't review stuff so sorry if something's are unclear. I don't typically have issues at any other of their locations but this one is the exception I guess. The first thing that I want to point out, is how understaffed they seem to be all the time. Sure the workers themselves can't help it if they're understaffed maybe the greedy franchise owner could increase wages to attempt to solve this issue. The next thing is the staff themselves, not saying they're all bad but it's like they send all their inexperienced workers here. I am almost always needing them to fix my orders because they always seem to screw it up, sometimes so badly I truly don't understand how. Despite me giving very clear and simple orders and their prices also don't help my frustration. So yeah that's pretty much it, I pretty much never make reviews but I am so tired of the incompetence from this store, I just wanted to vent here in the hopes that someone who can do something about it sees this.

This stand does NOT know how to make a hand blended drink ,everytime I have requested a hand blended drink it melted by the time I get home .
