The workers here are amazing and super nice although the manager is very rude and does not appreciate her employees,i have came through multiple times while she was training and either was not being very nice or just pushing super hard witch is not how you train .does not matter how long you have worked there you don’t know everything ,I think they need to re hire a new manager .

This dutch is amazing! My husband and I got our drinks originally from the hwy 97 location and they were inedible! We were otw out of town but saw this dutch and asked if they could remake our drinks and they were so kind to do so! It wasn't their mistake at all but they were happy to correct it. Sammy helped us and she was super friendly and accommodating. Thank yall so much! Drinks were delicious!

Dutch Bros has the best customer service and training program because all of their shops are consistent in service delivery. I had a decaf latte with oat milk and it was far superior to Starbucks.The music they were playing at the kiosk though maybe wasn't so great lol.

I used to go to Dutch Brothers a lot. The super energetic and talkative baristas can be over the top... especially before you've had any coffee. The drinks are heavy on flavoring and are served with cream unless you ask for whole milk or something else. Tend to be pretty heavy. Thier espresso doesn't taste good. I only ever got an americano here once. Won't do that again.
DB staff are always friendly and fast. I appreciate them taking orders/ paying with app at vehicles to make the pick up faster!
