There is a building with a food truck outside. You order the food from the food truck and then can eat inside. The odd thing though is that the inside of the building is basically set up for serving food but they don't serve food. Only from the food truck outside. It doesn't make a lot of sense in my mind. Food was fine though and the prices were reasonable. The hot sauces were thin and weren't the greatest, which in my opinion makes or breaks the burrito or taco.

Absolutely delicious food. Easy to order, never have to wait long. The street tacos and California burrito are some of my favorites, along with their amazing breakfast burritos! I grab food here once a week and I'm never disappointed!

Fast, Clean, Good Quality ingredients.From what I can see, it’s the cleanest Mexican restaurant in town. Food was good quality. Best chips I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant. (enchiladas & burrito)Great flavors. I enjoyed the green and red sauce. Only suggestions is slightly bigger rice and bean side portions and a hotter sauce option. Would be nice to be in the restaurant proper. the food cart is great, but a clean restaurant to sit and enjoy is always appreciated. Definitely would recommend.

The quesabirria was AMAZING!! Highly recommend if you haven’t tried this yet. It’s basically a stewed shredded beef, placed in to a taco that is grilled. You dip it in a consommé. So yummy!The people running this place are sooo nice too! Love to support these guys!

I pickup food and eat at home. I love the rolled beef tacos and the taco salad is the best in town. Very fair prices on food. Everything I have tried tastes great.
The SERVICE is amazing. So quick and kind. Accommodating and really exceptional! Now the food! The quesadilla! Such outstanding flavor. The bueno Dias breakfast burritos. Top notch! Lived ALL the salsas! Loaded fries were LOADED. Love this great little place in Redmond! Will be back!!!!
Really lovely staff, inside and out. Quesa Birria tacos are SO delicious and well priced. What a refreshing change! Our go- to Mexican from now on. Their HOT salsa IS hot! We love hot but only share a small container between us bc this is the real deal!

INHALED!! Soooooooo Delicious!! Big Fan! This is the 5 with Everything! I ordered through Doordash Delivery! GREAT portion (I only got through 2!!) Tastes similar to the classic hard rolled tacos through the drive throughs but softer like a flauta/chimichanga!! Then they are piled high with FRESH lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole! I’m blown away! I’m going to tell everyone!! Keep up the great work!! Can’t wait to try more items!

Good food, location, and price point.Had a carnitas burrito, two tacos, chx and adobada. Carnitas was a little bland for me. The hot sauce is real hot but good.They must be transitioning into the old Taco del Mar bldg from the food truck. I'll come back when they're settled and change the atmosphere rating. Get it to go!Lots of good Spanish fare in Redmond, I think they can make it once they get established, good luck!
