I got the chicken fajitas plate and it was just amazing. Perfect amount of spice. My husband loved his meal too. We don’t like trying new places because so many are not to our liking but I’m really glad we tried this place. We will definitely be going back

I got the Carne Asada Fries from this food cart, and they were TOP TIER. They were honestly probably one of the better ones I’ve ever had. One thing that stuck out to me was that the fries were crispy, even with all of the toppings and salsas I put on them. The fries were $15, but with the size of this dish, I was not disappointed. I’ve also tried their shrimp burrito, and that is also a great option to try. Would DEFINITELY recommend this truck!

We had a breakfast burrito, fish tacos, and carnitas tacos which were all some of the best we’ve ever had! My burrito was a great size and the carnitas is to die for! The fish was breaded perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help with any requests!

Boyfriend and i decided to try out this cart tonight and GRUBBED. No words just eating and bobbing our heads with frequent “damn this is good” I ordered a carnitas quesadilla and upon opening my box had huge portions of sour cream, guacamole & pico, Quesadillas were DELICIOUS. Carnitas perfectly cooked and seasoned. Everything was so good, even stole bites of his Asada burrito which was also mouthwatering. Not often do i want to hop up and give a food review! This place definitely deserves it! ❤️We also were given a sample of their almond butter croissant which i will definitely be ordering next time ? 10/10

I do not typically leave reviews but the food here is AMAZING! My GF and I are leaving separate reviews just to rave on this place. The Carne Asada burrito & tacos are easily the best I’ve had in Central Oregon. Great experience and amazing food. The almond butter croissant that they let us sample was ?? SOO good. They have something special here. Will be coming back to try more again soon!

Do NOT sleep on this food truck. Best burritos in Redmond. The flavor is absolutely incredible, I always get the shrimp burrito and blown away each time. Fresh, quick, hearty burritos. Most friendly staff as well, we will be back!
Shrimp burrito is always our go-to! Our son loves their chicken flautas. Ask about off menu items, had a Philly cheesesteak 2 weeks ago that hit the spot. Best new Mexican food truck in Central Oregon. Lower prices are also nice compared to others in the area.
