Too bad they are at Duffy's, but I will still go there just for this food truck. Their caprese salad is all wrong and slightly gross, as a caprese should never have capers! Like, what??? However, their pastas make up for it. I did have to toss out the salad, which was a bummer for how expensive it was. I don't mind that this place isn't run by Italians, but at least look up Italian recipes! Guy at the window was super nice.
Terribly disappointed. We got three pastas and the chicken was dry in each of them. The fettuccine was nothing special, but the best tasting one we got was the carbonara. Going off pictures and videos it looked like you’d get a nice piece of homemade bread with your pasta but you get a nasty piece of Texas toast with no flavor. We also got tiramisu for dessert and the person did advise it is not homemade when I asked, but that they tried 4 different places and brought the best...
I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, and my wife got the chipotle cilantro chicken fettuccine(if I’m remembering that right). He also gave me a soup sample that he’s been working on. It was all absolutely incredibly delicious. I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you so much.
