First of all, the pizza is phenomenal. Our favorite was the brisket one. The classic ones are also good and show off the quality crust. We had each person pick a pizza and share which ended up being the perfect amount. We didn't bring anything home. Super unique atmosphere in the early 1900s church! Love the space - great vibes.

Seriously, this is the best stone fired pizza in Deschutes county. Living in Bend, it’s obviously more convenient for me to snag a slice at Mondo if I need a quick fix, but if I want to sit down for a real stone-baked pizza, I’m making the drive to Redmond every time. And, in addition to the best pizza around, Kaitlyn is great, as are the rest of the staff - service is quick and immensely friendly.

Four of us went there on Friday night. We arrived at 5:30 and didn't get our pizzas until 7:00. Pizzas were fine but they are inefficient in managing their orders and they must prioritize take-out over dine-in customers. Not worth the wait.

Friendly and welcoming staff throughout the entire service. Food and drinks were delicious - they tasted even better in an old church. Highly recommend!

Quaint pizzeria with fire baked pizzas. Real busy establishment but worth the wait. They did run out of their garlic knots bread( called Daily Bread) so it must be very good to sell out.
