First of all, the pizza is phenomenal. Our favorite was the brisket one. The classic ones are also good and show off the quality crust. We had each person pick a pizza and share which ended up being the perfect amount. We didn't bring anything home. Super unique atmosphere in the early 1900s church! Love the space - great vibes.
Seriously, this is the best stone fired pizza in Deschutes county. Living in Bend, it’s obviously more convenient for me to snag a slice at Mondo if I need a quick fix, but if I want to sit down for a real stone-baked pizza, I’m making the drive to Redmond every time. And, in addition to the best pizza around, Kaitlyn is great, as are the rest of the staff - service is quick and immensely friendly.
This place is cool! Food is tasty, and the folks here are kind. They were willing to take my order 12 min before closing, since it was just a small one and I’ve been wanting to try them forever!
