This place is legit. The pulled pork sandwich was awesome, very well done. The bacon mac was probably best I ever had. We come through Madras a lot and we will be looking for the yellow pig truck again for sure.

As we pulled into the parking lot we scoffed at the name and prematurely decided not to eat there. \\\"Sounds terrible\\\". Later we looked over all the menus, and this sounded worthy of a try. So glad we did! That was one of the best burgers I've ever had. I fully expect to remember eating that burger ten years from now. Next time I will be torn between ordering another one or trying one of the other things on the menu. Owner (I think) was really friendly, and you have to respect a man who appreciates a Rainier shirt.

Stopped by today for some lunch and was really impressed. Super friendly service and great food made with love! The chili verde is outstanding, some of the best I’ve ever had. Soulful and deep flavor! The chicken Philly was delicious, smoked chicken was perfect, not over smoked, just enough. Don’t miss this place! Go get some goodness right now!

I've ordered numerous times from Hock and Jowl and I've never been disappointed. Just the opposite. the food is consistently some of the best. This is my go to place if my wife and I want a nice meal, and one I will make a large order for if we have guests and want to provide a great meal. Dan always steps up. I can't recommend Hock and Jowl enough. I've even purchased gift cards from Dan for my friends.
