Update: I reached out and spoke with the manager after our experience and she was amazing! Not only did she apologize for the mishap and refund our entire tab but she also issued us a gift card. We returned yesterday and had stellar service and some really good nachos. Will absolutely return! Burgers were cold major fail We had tokens for two free beers and we checked to make sure they were valid before we ordered and were told yes then we were told they wouldn't honor them after we got our cold burgers. Lame on the owners/managers part They lost our business forever The bar tender was ok he was new and doing his best but cold food and bad call on the tokens.

What a gem of a place! Great for groups, on your own, with kids, with dogs, indoors, outdoors, summer, winter. Great veggie, GF, etc options. Delicious burgers, salads, fries, cocktails, mocktails, and of course, delicious beers! The servers and bartenders are the nicest.

I’m going to start by saying Brian is one of the best servers we’ve ever had! Amazing service and even when he is slammed he still does everything he can! We come here often and it’s the best food and beer in Redmond! My wife has celiac disease and can’t eat or drink gluten and initiative has an amazing selection of gluten free options.

Burgers were cold major fail
