We had lunch here on St. Patrick’s Day and we were served by Brian who is consistently amazing every time we come in. He is efficient, friendly and a master of his craft. We like to switch things up with what we order and most of the time it’s delicious. Sometimes the sauces are a miss but the beers are always a hit. Overall, we love coming here because we know we’ll walk away happy!Again, Brian is amazing and we watched as his coworker Jessica was handling the patio like a pro!

My server, Gumaro L was excellent and made sure I had a beverage in front of me. The food was good, the beer was great, and the service was exceptional.

Initiative Brewing was a 3 with 5 potential. The staff was great and friendly. Burgers were good with fresh soft buns, awesome! Unfortunately, sweet potato fries were barely cooked, and I think they forgot the whiskey in my whiskey sour. Beer selection and information provided (chalkboard) is great! Atmosphere is casual, wish the chairs were more comfortable. There was enough good and intriguing things about Initiative Brewing, that I'll go back and hopefully have a better food/drink experience.

We only had the appetizer pretzel and a couple beers. The service was a lil rough only bc it was busy but he greeted us and got to us as soon as he could. We tried a flight of beers, all good. I'd like to go back and try more. The interior is newly renovated and rustic stylish. They have their own parking lot.

The food was amazing and deserves a 7 out of 5; however the wait on this visit reached near an hour. Besides the fact all plates were spotless and we will be coming back.

Our daughter took us out to lunch at Initiative Brewing for lunch because she likes to eat there and we had never been there. There was plenty of parking available. We started at a seat by a window; but, the afternoon sun was right in my eyes so we moved to a table in the middle of the restaurant. The items on the menu include the usual pub fare like sliders and burgers; but, there are burger choices like Peanut Butter Bacon Burger and Hawaiian Burger that sound intriguing to me. The rice bowls caught my attention. We ordered two burgers with fries, Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, and Bang Bang Shrimp Bowl. I really enjoyed the Bang Bang Shrimp Bowl. Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was equally good. The burgers met expectations and the fries passed the Good-When-Cold Test. Service was very good. We will be returning to Initiative Brewing. There are several menu item that I want to try.

We were restaurant hoping and loved coming in for some appetizers and chicken strips. The pretzel was perfectly cooked and the cheese sauce was really good. The mustard was made with whole mustard seeds and not ground at all. The home made chicken strips will keep us coming back. The batter was unique and delicious. The fries were perfectly cooked as well. I had to try the sweet potato tots as I was craving tots. They were great, but didn't hit my craving for tater tots. Another great restaurant in Redmond.

Popped into Initiative Brewing one night this week while working in Madras. If you were wondering, the 45 minute drive is worth it. I usually go for a burger, but last night I took a chance on the special - a fried chicken sandwich with barbecue sauce and hot honey. I can never finish the fries that accompany my meal because I've already wolfed down a plate of kimchi fries before my meal gets there. The service was incredible and quick. We had the kindest server who seemed to genuinely care about his work. Initiative has a great list of cocktails, but I always opt for an old fashioned; this one featured Maker's Mark. I can't say when I'll find myself in Madras again, but when I do, I'll be hitting this place up again.
