Closed again, garbage can blocking drive thru, with paper covering all the windows? No idea what's going on with the store. I do have to say , the Bend store is much better, I think it's owned by the same franchisee. Management had always lacked at the Redmond store. Ketchup out, rice cooker broken, pop machine with only 40% of selections available. No ice....it was nice when it opened, but has steadily gone down hill. Tables always dirty and flies crawling on everything. Really disappointed in this store

7/26/21 the hours of operation on google are not true. Google said they're open but they're not. I tried at 9am. I didn't get out to see if they posted new hours or not. I just went next door to Sonic who also serves everything all day and was open.

Just tried to go to this jack in the box on a Wednesday at 6:30pm and the drive thu was closed along with the whole building. I clearly just seen people in the drive thru 10 mins ago. Don't even bother going to this place because they like to close early and this wasn't the first time they've done this either. I even seen the workers sitting inside on there phones.

I haven't been to jack in the box since 2013. Mostly cause I don't drink as much as I did then, and I moved to a state that didn't have them. Well today I was pretty stoked to go to jack in the box. I ordered a cheese burger with only ketchup but they gave me everything cheese and ketchup. After discovering this, I drove back and had them fix it. Except they just did the same thing again. I thought I was being pranked. Finally the third time they got it right. Just roll your dice at Sonic instead.I thought this was a new location because it looked like it was being rebuilt in the lobby and they put cones up in the drive through after I came back the third time. Turns out it's just falling apart.

Currently closed. ?♂️Seems to be poorly run/managed/owned. Almost always long waits and/or just not opened at all. When they are open seems to be a very unreliable group of employees. Which is evident in that fact that no one is currently operating the business.

The young lady at the drive-thru was very nice and everything. We asked for ketchup with our fries and didn't receive any unfortunately. The line was so long at the drive-thru, we didn't want to go back through it. Dining area is apparently still closed so that was not an option. Cold fries with no ketchup it was.First visit to Jack In The Box in about 3 years..it was fast food. The jalapeno poppers were hot and fresh, though, which was really all I cared about. Didn't realize you have to ask for ranch with these. They were still delicious.

They are closed once again, both drive through and the lobby. I have tried several times today but the "wet floor cones" made it clear they don't want any business at all. I don't know how a chain like this can afford to be closed so often during peak hours or all day like today but I'm glad Sonic is right next door. Do better Jack in the Box.

We love Jack in the box. We do not have one in our home town so we stop and get it when ever we can. The customer service was great and the food was amazing as usual.
Went to Redmond location drive thru. Open sign on & online says open & the lights on. No cars in parking lot & nobody inside.

The only good thing about our experience was the drive through girl, she did a great job trying to deal with all the problems. They really struggled with the coupon we had and weren’t quite sure if they had popcorn chicken or not. They forgot half of our order, the Big box of popcorn chicken of course, and the fries were terribly old and cold, like dead peoples fingers. There were a couple of curly fries thrown in but they were older and colder. The boss guy in the back was not at all friendly, and looked like a monster when he came out the kitchen to not help the struggling drive through girl. I had to come home and cook my wife dinner still because the only edible thing was my burger, which was sub par and looked like flip flops stuck between a bun. Wait, the loaded mini tacos were good. Worst jack in the box experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of bad ones.

Went to this Jack in the Box at 9:15, lights were on, no response at drive through. Signs were on. Two cars in front of me seemed to sit at the ordering speaker for quite a while. I soon found out why, no one was there, and no one understood that. I did see employees standing around inside, not working, appearing to be having a casual conversation. What kind of sorry Jack in the Box closes at 9 pm. Ok, it's a less populated area, but most JB's are open late or 24 hours. Given the population, I looked on Google maps, it says closes at 10pm. So I drive 15 minutes for nothing. I called. The "I don't really give a damn" employee that answered put it simply, "We are short staffed, so we close when we close" Okey dokey then, I won't be back.
