Walked in at 8:33 pm and they wouldn’t let me order even though they weren’t closed. Made no sense will contact corporate tomorrow. The trans manager was very rude after the one girl greeted me and was about to take my order. They gave her the dirtiest look. I feel bad for that employee she was just trying to take my order. Then they said they were out of bread and there was a whole rack full of it 😂 🤡

I order from Jimmy John's a lot and I won't be going back. I've been sitting on the couch with my daughter after a super long day at work, trying to spend time with her so I order food so I don't have to break away to cook dinner because I got off late.
I waited for over an hour for my food to show up, finally checked the app and it says it was delivered. I've been sitting by the door with my child playing and watching TV the ENTIRE time. I have not so much as left to pee since I placed the order. So I call to let them know that my order is saying delivered but I never got a knock, doorbell ring, I have a ring camera, there's no footage of anyone dropping off an order. I figured maybe they were just running behind, hit a wrong button, whatever no big deal. After he said that the order was in fact "delivered" I asked for a refund because it was my kids bedtime and she couldn't stay up to wait for the order to get here. He was okay with doing the refund, that wasn't an issue. But first he said if I wanted a copy of the refund I'd need to drive down to get it. I asked him if he could email or text it to me because I'm visually disabled, I can't drive but I need the receipt. That's when he started getting a little short but it wasn't until I noticed it was $7 short that he got hostile. I don't know if it was the driver on the phone, but he snapped at me and said that they won't refund the tip even though the driver never delivered the order and that he wasn't going to argue with me about it.
There was no explanation, no attempt at resolution at all, just "I'm not refunding that and I'm not going to argue with you about it.". I am actually appalled.
Because I refuse to believe that was a manager on the phone he never said his name when he answered, it was the man taking complaints around 6:30pm on 9/3/2024, a woman initially answered the phone and handed it off to him (she was nice and helpful).
If that was a manager, even more reason to never go back. Also if he's a manager, I hope the employees under him know that there's plenty of places they can work that have better managers and based on his demeanor, a MUCH better environment. If his behavior is like that with customers you just know he's an awful coworker and/or manager... I hope stealing that $7 from a single disabled mom was worth it and made you feel like such a big strong man.

Ordered food at 11:44 food didn’t leave till 12:30 and won’t be here till after my lunch. Unfortunate that they don’t do better to communicate how long the order will take. Will likely not use there delivery again and if I do probably won’t tip.

This might be the worse Jimmy John's around.
More than once I've gone there 45 minutes before closing and had them turn off the open sign and lock the door while I was walking up
Out of sliced weat before 1pm
Half the time I go in it's a 15 minute wait. So much for freaky fast
Had sandwiches delivered. Sandwiches were good and received in a timely manner.

Great tasting sub sandwiches. Amazing bread, every time. Friendly staff and clean place. Only downside is it is never been freaky fast for me. Usually an online order for pickup 20 min in advance leaves me waiting another 10-20 min and 3-6 people in line waiting like me.
This place is amazing! Used to come here every week after church! People are always friendly, and they have great music on! Only complaints that I have is that sometimes the bread can be kinds tough, and they used the wrong cheese on my sandwich. Overall, a pretty nice place to get a quick bite ?

Bought four sandwiches today all of them had hair in them the first sandwich we found hair in we called and they just said sorry and didn’t do anything about it. After we found hair in the next three sandwiches we called again and they offered a refund. They messed up the drink and when we brought that up the manager said he would have another one sent out with the food which did not happen, when I called for the third time he said he’ll have them send it out again. Not even 5 minutes later “Miley” the delivery driver decided to call me back and tell me there was nothing originally wrong with my drink because she was the one that had delivered to the house twice and that they will not be sending out another one and that they would only offer store credit for the one drink they messed up.

Sandwiches are good but online ordering is not a priority to a painful degree. Multiple people will roll through, order, and get their sandwiches made when an online order was placed 20 minutes prior.
