I ordered the turkey tom unwhich on doordash and they sent me this 5 inch wrap. Cost me over $17. Worst portion/price ratio I've seen. They don't tell you on doordash how big the sandwich is supposed to be (terrible) but I know it should be at least 6 inches. I left a review on doordash and they haven't replied. They're not gonna get me a refund. I've always been a huge Jimmy John's advocate. Love the sandwiches and at a good price. But now I'm going to avoid them and tell everyone they're gross and expensive

I never put in a survey based off a one time experience but I have yet to have a positive experience this location. This particular instance I placed a pickup order almost thirty minutes before arriving. I waited in the store almost another twenty minutes. People came in, ordered, and left before a team member asked me if I had a pickup. If the store can not accommodate pickups at peak times the feature should be disabled.
There needs to be management in place that can create a consistent process for the consumer.

I came by on May 6, 2025 around 4pm. The Prep Cooks and Line Cooks were touching their face, pants, hats etc. before touching people's ready-to-eat food. I've never had a bad experience here until today. I would love to come back and check in, but I don't feel safe eating here with the germs of peoples face on my food. I walked out before making a purchase.
