The workers here are really nice, seem like great people. The store itself though, I heard it's getting remodeled and it needs it. First thing you notice is a bad smell in the lobby. Not sure how to describe it, maybe stale chicken grease?
I hear that the owners are not paying the workers while they're out of work for a month during the remodel and that should not be legal. Shame on them.

I guess I don't understand why when food is ordered online for pickup nearly 3 hours in advance, why it takes nearly another 20 minutes to complete the order after the rearranged time. Food was mediocre, and service was inattentive and slow. There was only one other person in the dining area, and he was visibly annoyed as well. The chicken nuggets equated to half a bite. Disappointing to say the least.

Bought 2 famous bowls and they both came with 3 pieces of chicken and it tasted horrible. Threw them both away. Get your stuff together Redmond Oregon kfc
The new chicken strips I got were overcooked dark brown and dry. They also were spicey. Worst meal I have eaten at KFC. They no longer carry tender crispy strip chicken. Won't be going here again.

Wait times are stupid. I get working fast food, I’ve done it a lot, but this is kinda crazy. Especially since there are lots of other reviews talking about wait times as well. Chicken is good though.

Stopped at on my lunch break for food ordered they said 5 to 7 minute wait 25 minutes later no food and no idea when it will be ready had to leave with nothing as break was over

The gentleman that took out service was great, I was really surprised how well for a fast food restaurant even took our meal to our table.
The place was pretty cool, a different unique style.
The only thing where the booths where too small couldn't sit comfortably for a Mid size person. But besides that good.
Food and service was good, the table's and floor in the dinning area was filthy .

Lol well first off, I tried ordering throu the app for my momma came to visit and the smoke outside is horrid.. but, nope the app didn't work, so we had to go into the store! When I got there the inside seating area was clean but that's about it.. upon showing the dude I think? What i wanted, they informed me that I could t get the deal of 39.99 for it was an app deal.. but the app doesn't work ? well, that's how it works here!! Ok... Rude butt... It cost me over 50$ instead grrrr! While waiting for my food, I saw this older man co e in from outside and go straight to the drive through window and proceeds to help the customers!! Um sir/ma'am I do not want that man filling my order for he did not wash his hands when he came in!! Ohh well we have a sink back here, yes you do but way over there.. groosssss! He did not wash his hands people!! For all I know he was playing with his Weiner or picking his nose?? Either way not going back... This is my lengthy review and experience Ohh and ps. They forgot my second order of mashed potatoes ?

It is amazing that at lunchtime they don’t have chicken ready to serve for lunch meals. I had to wait 15 minutes outfront for my lunch. They should’ve told me what I was ordering would take that long I would have ordered something else. After all that I get my order and as I drive away there are no napkins in the bag. Probably my mistake for not checking on something that should have been put in the bag. I will not be coming back
