We ordered dinner through DoorDash and unfortunately the order arrived completely incorrect. We called the restaurant several times to let them know, but nobody answered. We ended up driving to the location to have it corrected, and the team gave us a new bag with the correct ticket printed on it, so we assumed everything was fixed.
When we got home, the sandwiches were still wrong. A couple of the chicken sandwiches were replaced with chicken tender sandwiches (two tenders on a bun) without any communication. At that point we didn’t want to drive back a third time, so my wife ended up with just coleslaw for dinner.
We understand mistakes happen and we should have double-checked before leaving, but two incorrect orders in a row and no way to reach the restaurant by phone was really disappointing. Hopefully this location can improve order accuracy and communication, because we would love to have a better experience next time.

Good chicken, but the most stale pathetic fries I think I've ever had...twice now. Thought I had a one off last round, but just received another order of garbage fries. Maybe what you can expect at the end of the night, but both order were between 6-7pm. Maybe pass on fries and you'll be okay?

We just bought an 8 piece of your chicken We were so very disapointed with the chicken The pieces were very very greasy and the meat was dry It didn’t even have the usual KFC taste We won’t be back

Don't order here they messed up half of our order they didn't have anything ready at all and they said they were closing at 7:00 in the sign says 10:00 there was nothing saying they were closing at 7:00 p.m and we place their mobile order and they should have the stuff ready by then they had time

Just got the worst meal ever chicken tenders were overcooked biscuit was hard and potato wedges were paper thin and burnt this was at Redmond KFC fed to my dogs

Store is supposedly open until 10 pm. That is not the case. All I wanted was some Mac and cheese due to my migraine.
Man the service is bad. First you have to order on the kiosk which some don't know how to do I stood there looking a fool and no one asked if I needed help or even said hi when I walked in. 2nd I never order a meal however today I did and I did not get my drink or the so called free coupon book that cost 1.00 dollar donation that I thought I opted out of but was on my receipt. The man called my name put my bag in the counter and walked away. Did not say thank you or even wait for me to grab the bag. The serviced was horrible I understand now why so many people stopped eating at KFC the food is good service not so much. I will end my rant with this I will not be returning to KFC in Redmond ever thank you for making this decision very easy oh and maybe answer your phone when someone calls.

Walking into this KFC was a mistake. The employees couldn't have been less interested in being there, and it showed in the service. The person at the counter was dismissive and acted like I was a major inconvenience. What's worse, when I got my order, half of it was missing. I tried to get it sorted out, but they refused to help. It's like they just didn't care. If you're looking for fast food, I'd suggest you go somewhere else. This place is a waste of money and a test of patience.
