Man the service is bad. First you have to order on the kiosk which some don't know how to do I stood there looking a fool and no one asked if I needed help or even said hi when I walked in. 2nd I never order a meal however today I did and I did not get my drink or the so called free coupon book that cost 1.00 dollar donation that I thought I opted out of but was on my receipt. The man called my name put my bag in the counter and walked away. Did not say thank you or even wait for me to grab the bag. The serviced was horrible I understand now why so many people stopped eating at KFC the food is good service not so much. I will end my rant with this I will not be returning to KFC in Redmond ever thank you for making this decision very easy oh and maybe answer your phone when someone calls.

Walking into this KFC was a mistake. The employees couldn't have been less interested in being there, and it showed in the service. The person at the counter was dismissive and acted like I was a major inconvenience.
What's worse, when I got my order, half of it was missing. I tried to get it sorted out, but they refused to help. It's like they just didn't care.
If you're looking for fast food, I'd suggest you go somewhere else. This place is a waste of money and a test of patience.

This place is a joke; the worst KFC I have ever visited. Tonight I ordered. #7 3 piece dinner box with 1 breast and 2 legs; it was $2.00 more than 3 days ago at the same place. I get home to eat and only had 1 piece, the breast. It had been sitting for I don’t know how long , cool and dried out. They will not answer the phone, tried 3 times. This owner has no clue and he does not have the right to run a shitty franchise and screw the public; I will never go back to this dump

A chicken breast, biscuit and mashed potatoes were all stuck in a little box. It was so overfull that crumbs were falling out of the bottom of the box in my car and on my lap. The biscuit was old and hard. The extra crispy chicken breast was dry. This place used to be better.

I ordered on doordash and after waiting an hour I got a notification saying my order was canceled and received a call from customer service telling me that it was stolen and KFC refused to remake it because it wasn't there problem.

Really unfortunate with how much this place has gone downhill. The last three times we've patroned this specific location, they've gotten the order just wrong enough that its not worth it anymore. New menu items, keep getting forgotten. They have even forgotten items they've suggested we purchase. Unfortunate. Really need to do better. Literally just made it home from there and the order was wrong. Im tired. Don't feel like I need to go back out or check the order every time I go because basic stuff can't be remembered.

We ordered 2 meals today. The Chicken was terrible. It tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. The biscuits were raw. The only positive was the drinks. This was literally the worst meal we have had from there. You spent all the money remodeling and forgot what made KFC famous. You need better managers and cooks.

I ordered online through the KFC app. You can get additional items that are only available on the app as well as specials and discounts using the app. They have changed the instore experience to having to order through a kiosk, so you might as well use the app and pickup inside. I was disappointed that I had to wait over 10 minutes over the time I was suppose to pickup. The food is good overall. I picked one item that I would not try again, but there are plenty of other items on the menu.
