My partner and I spent $35 here for 2 food items that I could have found cheaper in an airport convenience store. The hummus sandwich was dry with very little hummus and bread like cardboard. Ingredients seemed fresh but not worth the money at all.

Had the chicken bibimbap and will be back to try the beef and spicy pork. The rice was spot on, loved the spicy kimchi and the egg was perfect. . . SO GOOD!

Lovely chicken bibimbap bowl, taken to go. Wish I’d tried the egg sooner as underneath were hidden all the fun kimchi goodies. Good flavor, well worth a repeat visit. Shawn (sp?) was friendly, patient and fun to talk with. We’ll be back, thank you! ?

If you have ever had the KFC bites that All Elements catering serves then you know that when they decided to make a sandwich from it that it would be delicious!! And OMG it was! The All Elements food truck is an extension of All Elements catering. However this is the husband's off shoot of the husband/wife duo that runs the catering service. Everything they make is sooo good and this gem of a food truck will not disappoint any Korean food lover! Try the KFC sandwich if it's around (currently its a special). If not go for any of there bowls! Enjoy!!

Delicious Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap! All the vegetables in there were yummy. The kimchi is nice and spicy. So happy to have good Korean food in Redmond.

This place is legit incredible. I was walking by and saw that they served tofu, and as a vegetarian I got super excited because Redmond lacks vegetarian food. They do have lots of meat on the menu so don't worry, carnivores. Anyway, the gentleman working was super friendly and helpful. The meal was 10/10 amazing and I will definitely be back!!

Great vibe/atmosphere and several vegan or easily veganizeable menu options. Staff don’t always know how to make things vegan so ask specifically if you want to omit cheese, etc. photos are breakfast and lunch menus for summer 2002.

Very helpful and happily veganized the avacado toast and breakfast burrito. I wish I could have this every day! The app would not let me give 5 stars since they are not completely vegan.

For dinner try Terra next door of The Rooftop upstairs — SCP runs all three and is a vegan/vegetarian haven in Redmond!
